The survey was conducted using both online and offline methods, and a total of 224 questionnaires were used as final data. For data processing, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model verification were conducted using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical programs, and the conclusions are as follows. First, it was found that all variables, such as attitude and professionalism, which are sub-factors of the golf course caddy\"s social servicescape, had a significant effect on golf course satisfaction, and the caddy\"s social servicescape had a significant effect on golf course satisfaction. Second, it was found that all variables, such as attitude and professionalism, which are sub-factors of the golf course caddy\"s social service scape, had a significant effect on golf course loyalty, and the caddy\"s social service scape had a significant effect on golf course loyalty.
