We determined the cell viability, microscopy, western blot, and quantitative real-time PCR analysis.BR RESULTS: PGG had neither effect on cell viability of C2C12 myoblast at a concentration of 0-10 μM for 24 h nor protein and mRNA expression (Atrogin, Murf1, Myogenin, and MyHC).BR CONCLUSIONS: These data indicate that PGG has no effect on cell differentiation and dexamethasoneinduced atrophy using C2C12 cells.
