Psychological safety positively effects on employees’ low job stress(H2), well-being(H3), and innovative work behavior(H4). Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the interorganizational relationship between lead sport organization and affiliated sport organizations. In particular, psychological safety as a mediator in the relationship between lead organization’s inclusive leadership and employee’s work stress, well-being, and innovative work behavior.
