Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the interorganizational relationship between lead sport organization and affiliated sport organizations. In particular, psychological safety as a mediator in the relationship between lead organization’s inclusive leadership and employee’s work stress, well-being, and innovative work behavior. To test this purpose, we collected 250 affiliated sport organization employees from online survey. Structural equation modeling was conducted to test this mediation effect using M-plus7.0. As a result, lead organization’s inclusive leadership positively effects on employees’ psychological safety(H1). Psychological safety positively effects on employees’ low job stress(H2), well-being(H3), and innovative work behavior(H4). There are theoretical and practical contributions of this study that this study investigated the relationship between lead organization’s leadership and affiliated organization employees’ work behavior in sport organization context.
