This study used the SPSS 27.0 program and the AMOS 26.0 program, and data processing and statistical methods were carried out as follows. Each hypothesis was verified through frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model. First, the leader"s nonverbal communication was found to have a significant positive effect on the participants" trust in the following order: extroverted language, body language, spatial language, and pseudolanguage. Second, among the leader"s nonverbal communication, spatial language, body language, and extroverted language were found to have a significant positive impact on participants" satisfaction. Third, among the leader"s nonverbal communication, outward language, body language, and spatial language were found to have a significant positive impact on participants" re-participation intention.
