As a result of measuring the basic physical fitness test, there was statistically significant differences between groups in back strength (p.001), sit-up (p.001), repeated jump (p.001), side step (p.001), trunk forward flexion (p.001) trunk backward extension (p.001). In this results, it was found that there were differences in muscular function of knee joint, anaerobic exercise ability and basic physical fitness according to combat sports. Abstract
