Abstract
This study aimed to investigate isokinetic muscular function of knee joint, anaerobic exercise ability and basic physical fitness according to combat sports(ssireum, N=20; taekwondo, N=30; kendo, N=32) 82 participated in this study. As a result of measuring the muscle strength of isokinetic knee joint at per body weights 60 °/s, there was a statistically significant difference between the groups in right extensor (p.05), right flexor (p.05), left flexor (p.001). As a result of measuring the anaerobic exercise ability, there was statistically significant differences between groups in peak power (p.001), per body weight power (p.05), average power (p.001), total energy (p.001). As a result of measuring the basic physical fitness test, there was statistically significant differences between groups in back strength (p.001), sit-up (p.001), repeated jump (p.001), side step (p.001), trunk forward flexion (p.001) trunk backward extension (p.001). In this results, it was found that there were differences in muscular function of knee joint, anaerobic exercise ability and basic physical fitness according to combat sports. To ensure systematic training at muscular function of knee, anaerobic exercise ability, basic physical fitness that the characteristics of combat sports should be considered.
