The results of the study show that: Competence has a positive and significant direct effect on placement of 62.2%; The work team has a positive and significant direct effect on placement by 34%; Competence has a positive and significant direct effect on performance by 25.5%; The work team has a positive and significant direct effect on performance by 15.9%; Placement has a positive and significant direct effect on the performance of the Ministry of Defense Research and Development Agency personnel by 60.4%. Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of competence, team work, and placement on the performance of the Ministry of Defense Research and Development Agency personnel. 摘要本研究旨在证明胜任力、团队合作与职位对国防部研究开发局人员绩效之影响。本研究采用定量方法、调查法和路径分析法。员工总数为72人。采用简单随机抽样法,共获得61名调查对象。数据分析采用SPSS 25.00软件。研究结果表明:胜任力对就业有显著正向直接影响的比例为62.2%;工作团队对安置率有正面显著的直接影响(34%);胜任力对绩效的直接正向显著影响为25.5%;工作团队对绩效的直接正向显著影响为15.9%;安置对国防部研究与发展机构人员的绩效有显著的正向直接影响,达到60.4%。言下之意是,要提高国防部研究开发机构人员的绩效,就必须提高能力素质、工作团队的稳固性和安置要求的准确性。关键词:胜任力,工作团队,安置,绩效
