摘要

本文首先简述了航天工程应用和航天测控网络的现状,分析了航天任务的业务流程,指出了各级指挥中心指挥控制薄弱的问题。然后对资源管理、综合态势、任务规划、指挥控制、分析评估等六个方面的功能需求进行了研究,设计了五层两纵的空间测控网络指挥控制系统架构。
