摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨高尔夫球童社会服务逃避、高尔夫球场满意度与高尔夫球场忠诚度的关系。本次调查采用线上线下两种方式进行,共发放问卷224份作为最终数据。对数据进行处理,使用SPSS 24.0和AMOS 24.0统计程序进行频率分析、信度分析、相关分析、验证性因子分析和结构方程模型验证,得出结论如下:首先,研究发现,态度和职业精神是影响球童社会服务逃避的子因素,这些变量对高尔夫球场满意度有显著影响,球童社会服务逃避对高尔夫球场满意度有显著影响。第二,研究发现态度、职业精神等作为高尔夫球童社会服务景观的子因素对高尔夫球场忠诚均有显著影响,其中球童社会服务景观对高尔夫球场忠诚有显著影响。第三,高尔夫球童的社会服务景观对高尔夫球场忠诚度有显著影响。
