In particular, psychological safety as a mediator in the relationship between lead organization’s inclusive leadership and employee’s work stress, well-being, and innovative work behavior. To test this purpose, we collected 250 affiliated sport organization employees from online survey. Structural equation modeling was conducted to test this mediation effect using M-plus7.0. As a result, lead organization’s inclusive leadership positively effects on employees’ psychological safety(H1). Psychological safety positively effects on employees’ low job stress(H2), well-being(H3), and innovative work behavior(H4).
