As a result of observing improvements on Sports Injury and Athletic Performance the strength training coordination, the following conclusion was derived.BR The strength training coordination for 24 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As a result of analyzing the change of sports injury according to strength training coordination program, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG.
