In its implementation, many problems arise, such as in communication, task completion, and others, so the WFH concept is indicated to have a relationship with employee engagement. So this study aims to compare how employee engagement is during WFO and WFH. This comparative study will use a questionnaire with a Likert scale and be processed with an analytical tool, namely SPSS 26, and the analytical method used in this study is the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The object of this research is the population of employees of Tarbiyatul Aulad II Middle School in Cikajang, Garut Regency, totaling 34 people, consisting of teachers and staff. 摘要

在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间,许多新习惯被称为“新常态”,所有部门都不可避免地要适应所有存在的变化,包括工作领域。其中之一是WFH,即在家工作。在实施过程中,会出现很多问题,如沟通、任务完成等,因此表明WFH概念与员工敬业度有关系。因此,本研究旨在比较员工在WFO和WFH期间的敬业度。本比较研究将使用李克特量表的调查问卷,并使用SPSS 26分析工具进行处理,本研究使用的分析方法为Wilcoxon sign Rank Test。本研究的对象是Garut Regency Cikajang的Tarbiyatul Aulad II中学的员工,共34人,包括教师和工作人员。本研究结果表明,在WFO和WFH期间,员工敬业度存在显著差异,并且在WFH降低时,员工的活力、奉献和吸收都有所下降。
