Cyclisation of Cell-Penetrating PDZ-Binding Peptides Directed to PSD95 靶向PSD95的细胞穿透pdz结合肽的环化

Excitatory glutamatergic neurotransmission via N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR) is critical for synaptic plasticity and survival of neurons. Excessive NMDAR activity, however can cause excitotoxicity and promote cell death, underlying a potential mechanism of neurodegeneration occurring in Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The regulation of calcium levels at synapses is important for pre- and post-synaptic activation in the hippocampus, where glutamate is the primary neurotransmitter, acting via metabotropic and ionotropic receptors.

Polyurethane Foam in a Reliable Method for Electrophoretic Separation of Proteins 聚氨酯泡沫是蛋白质电泳分离的可靠方法

Proteins are used in such industrial and clinical applications [1-3]; however, their separations are still a major challenge. In this field, different chromatographic methods used to separate and to purify protein or (more often) peptide in solution based on size, charge or overall hydrophobicity as size exclusion chromatography, sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), affinity chromatography (AC), hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC), ion exchange chromatography (IEC), reversed phase chromatography (RPC), and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) [4-8]. Other teams also used magnetic [9] and electrophoresis to purify proteins [10, 11].
