Development of thermosensitive microgel for transdermal drug delivery 经皮给药用热敏微凝胶的研制

Thermosensitive microgels were prepared by CaCO3 template, which exhibited volume change with temperature. Curcumin were encapsulated into hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) to fabricate inclusion complexes through the kneading way, which were then loaded into these microgels. Drug release profiles obtained were found to have enhanced release for the samples above LCST and governed by a diffusion-controlled mechanism. Complex-loaded microgel presented permeation efficiency in respect to temperature.
