Yenilikçi Trokoidal Frezelemenin Kesme Performansı Üzerinde Etkilerinin Araştırılması: Bir Derleme Çalışması

Hizli gelisen kuresel ekonomide uretim verimliligini artirmak buyuk bir onem tasimaktadir. Bu amacla arastirmacilar isleme calismalarinda, takim isleme surelerini kisaltan ve takim omrunu artiran, parametreler ve metotlar uzerine calismalarini yonlendirmislerdir. Ozellikle kalipcilik, otomotiv, havacilik ve medikal sektorlerinde takim isleme surelerini dusurmek icin takim yollari ve isleme parametreleri buyuk rol oynamaktadir. Bununla ilgili olarak bircok optimizasyon calismalari yapilmis, yapilan calismalar neticesinde uretim verimliligi sadece takim ve tezgâh kalitesinin iyilestirilmesi ile degil, parcaya gore en uygun takim yolunun secilmesi ve uretilmesi ile de mumkun oldugu ispatlanmistir. Son zamanlarda bu isleme surelerini dusuren uretim verimliligini artiran alternatif bir takim yolu olan Trokoidal frezeleme gitgide populer bir isleme yontemi olarak on plana cikmaktadir. Trokoidal frezeleme kesilmesi zor ve zaman alan malzemelerin kolay islenebilmesi icin umut veren bir isleme teknolojisidir. Konvansiyonel frezeleme metoduna gore islem suresini kisaltan bu yontem arastirmacilar tarafindan tam anlamiyla anlasilamamis ve arastirmaya acik bir alan olarak on plana cikmaktadir. Trokoidal frezeleme yonteminde yapilan arastirmalar neticesinde takimin yuksek kesim ve ilerlemesi ile uygun takim yollari arastirilmistir. Arastirma neticesinde dogrusal kesme sartlarinda islemesi zor malzemelerin kesme esnasinda takimda ve malzemede sicaklik degerleri yukselttigi, talasin malzeme uzerinden ayirma hizini yavaslattigi, ayrica yuksek kesme hizlarindan ve ilerlemelerden kaynaklanan kesme kuvvetlerinin artmasi sonucunda takim asinma hizinin buna bagli olarak artigi ispatlanmistir. Bu calismada, Trokoidal frezelemeye ait genel bilgi verilmis ve yakin zamanda yapilan calismalar degerlendirilmis ve gelecekteki potansiyeli ve saglayabilecegi yararlar degerlendirilmistir.

Yüksek Yoğunluklu Polietilen (HDPE)/Atık Üre Formaldehit Polimer Karışımlarının Mekanik Özellikleri

Bu calismada, yuksek yogunluklu polietilen matris icerisine agirlikca % 5, 10, 20 ve % 30 oranlarinda ogutulmus ure formaldehit tozu katilmis ve ekstrude edilmistir. Daha sonra elde edilen karisimlar kurutulmus ve enjeksiyon makinesinde standartlara uygun olarak test numuneleri basilmistir. Test numuneleri testlere tabi tutularak olusturulan polimer karisiminda ure formaldehit toz oraninin artmasiyla elastiklik modul degeri, kopma mukavemeti, akma mukavemeti, % uzama miktari, sertlik degeri ve yogunluk degerlerinin nasil degistigi belirlenmistir. Ayrica ure formaldehit partikullerinin yuksek yogunluklu polietilen matris icerisinde nasil dagildigini belirlemek icin SEM mikroyapi fotograflari cekilerek mikroyapi analizleri yapilmistir.

CRIME DATA ANALYSIS WITH ASSOCIATION RULE MINING 基于关联规则挖掘的犯罪数据分析

Along with the positive developments of the globalizing world, new types of crime such as social media fraud, drug trafficking and vehicle robbery, which have disrupted community welfare and order, have also emerged. With developments in information technology, it is possible to record real-time various data related to subject of crimes, location and time information, type of crime. By analyzing these recorded raw data using various data mining methods, it is possible to extract information that can be used to identify the data or for prediction purposes. In this study, an analysis of the association rules on the NIBRS Crime dataset which includes real crime cases from July 2016 to April 2018 in the state of Maryland in USA was carried out using R program with Apriori algorithm and Rapid Miner with FP-Growth algorithm. With these association rules created, the time intervals, the districts, the types of crimes and the frequency of the occurrences are analyzed and the results of the algorithms are presented. With the results of this analysis; for organizations which are responsible for maintaining the peace and social order, such as security forces and law enforcement agencies; it is possible to follow useful information such as which crimes are committed more frequently and in which time period of day the criminals are more active.
