Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to analyse and develop design a heat exchanger (HE) for the production of Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) which will be compiled into a computational program for the design of shell-tube type HE. Methodology: The problem with this HE is that the temperature of 2-butanol is 30?C from the storage tank. While the HE reactor requires a temperature of 99.6?C, HE plays a role in increasing the temperature from 30?C to 99.6?C. To be more energy efficient, researchers used heat of the product, MEK. Which is where to exchange heat from the product to the reactants. The design of a shell-tube two-pass exchanger with a working fluid in the form of 2-butanol as a hot fluid with water as a cold fluid. The HE specification on the shell size for the pressure drop is 4.9959E-06 psia, while the tube size for the pressure drop is 2.6550E-04 psia. The effective value of 14%. Results: Thus, HE with shell and tube doesn’t meet the requirements and standards of TEMA. Although the shell and tube type of HE doesn’t conform to the criteria and standards specified in industrial applications, the analysis can be used as a learning tool for the design process, heme performance analysis, and operating mechanism of the HE. Limitations: This research is focused on developing HE designs for the production of MEK. Contribution: This research can provide a reference for designing HE in industrial development. Keywords: 1. Bibliometrics: Analysis of the Development of Desalination Membranes in the Past Decade to 2022 文献计量学:过去十年至2022年海水淡化膜的发展分析

Abstract: Purpose: This study uses a bibliometric method to computational mapping analysis with VOSviewer to look at how chemical particle desalination membrane research has evolved. Methodology: By using the publish or perish reference manager tool, the Google Scholar database was queried for the article data. By using the phrase "Chemistry Particle Desalination Membrane" the search is directed by the title and abstract of the article. There were 1024 items that were thought to be pertinent. The research period considered for the study is the most recent ten years of Google Scholar-indexed articles (2012 to 2022). Results: The findings showed an upward trend in the number of papers on desalination membranes. In desalination membrane research, there are 5 clusters and 5 topics that are frequently discussed. These are Cluster 1: Treatment (number of links 52, total link strength 99, accurness 65), Cluster 2: Composite (number of links 34, total link strength 49, accurness 40), Cluster 3: Nanofiltration (number of links 42, total link strength 92, accurness 52), Cluster 4: Desalination performance (number of links 39, total link strength 93, (number of links 34, total link strength 75, accuracy 38). Limitations: The limitation of this research wass focused on the development of desalination membranes in the last 10 years using bibliometric analysis. Contribution: This study can provide an explanation that serves as a foundation for knowledge about the development of desalination membrane. Keywords: 1. Bibliometric 2. Abstract: Purpose: This research aimed to conduct analysis in the research of BiFeO3 nanoparticles through bibliometric analysis techniques with computational mapping used VOSviewer application. Methodology/approach: By using the publish or perish reference management tool and the Google Scholar database's collection of research article data to obtain research data article. The search was focused on the article's title and abstract with "BiFeO3 nanoparticles" was used as the search term, and literature review method was used according to related topics. This study's research era covers the most recent 10 years (2012 to 2022) from publications in both national and international journals that Google Scholar has indexed. Results/findings: From the search result, there were 996 journal articles related to keywords. The range of journal articles searched from the Google Scholar database is the last decade (from 2012 to 2022). Limitations: This limitations of this research was focused on the development trend of BiFeO3 nanoparticle research in the last decade shows a slight fluctuation but still an uptrend from time to time. Contribution: This research is expected to provide information on research development trends during the last decade for researchers who want to conduct research, especially related to the topic of BiFeO3 nanoparticle. Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to determine the results of the post-training evaluation (TPK orientation). Research Methodology: The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 152 respondents from 7 districts/cities in Lampung Province. Results: Data analysis was carried out descriptively using visualization in the form of diagrams and tables. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the knowledge of the respondents is quite good but still needs further exploration, especially on the material for using the Elsimil application. In addition, the implementation of the TPK orientation activities was in accordance with the planned TOR (Term of Reference). Meanwhile, from the follow-up aspect, the involvement of districts/cities in providing guidance to TPK is still not evenly distributed because several districts/cities have not carried out further guidance for TPK. Limitations: For further research, it is hoped that researchers can take a larger number of samples from 15 districts/ cities that the evaluation results will be more representative for future improvements. Contribution: The results of this study can be a reference for BKKBN Lampung Province in conducting appropriate training especially in accelerating stunting reduction through TPK orientation. Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to evaluate pre-test and post-test results of participants in SIGA's new technical training for BKKBN representatives in Lampung. Research methodology: The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. The data used is the primary data obtained from the pre- and post-test scores of 30 respondents. During this time, the data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and paired t-test. Results: Through the Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs statistical test, it is known that the significance value (p-value) for the pretest and posttest data is 0.000 (<0.05). This shows that there is a statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test results for New Siga Technical Training 2022 participants. Therefore, we can conclude that the knowledge of the participants are increasing after participating in the 2022 New Siga Technical Training. Limitations: For further research, it is hoped that researchers can take a larger number of samples to form a normal curve. Moreover, it is better if the Kirkpatrick evaluation model is fully implemented, the evaluation of the performance of the education and training implementation (at level 1 and level 2) as well as post-training evaluation (level 3 and level 4). Thus, the evaluation of education and training will obtain more comprehensive results. Contribution: The results of this study may be helpful to BKKBN Lampung for conducting proper training especially in evaluating learning outcomes. Keywords: 1. Training evaluation 2. Abstract: Purpose: Describes the coaching of Latsar CPNS at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency of Lampung Province. Research methodology: The research method used in this study is a descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the data collection technique uses observation and interviews with the determination of snowball sampling data sources. Results: The current Coach Latsar CPNS appointment is an assignment; There is no special discussion room in the CPNS Latsar coaching process and there is an understanding of coaching aspects that are not optimal in terms of focus and use of diagnostic tools Limitations: it is necessary to immediately set guidelines that regulate the terms and standards of competence and qualifications of the Latsar CPNS coach; need to be supported by special facilities and infrastructure related to coaching and it is necessary to immediately hold training, explanations, and directions on coaching before being assigned as a coach at the CPNS Latsar. Contribution: This study is expected to be used as the recommendation material that can improve the implementation of the training and training for representatives of BPSDMD Lampung Province in the future.
