Throughout the world, great change can be observed concerning the role and functions of schools; therefore, expectations of the teachers should also be refined. In this fast changing era, teachers are encouraged to take the responsibility of teaching by reflecting upon their own teaching ideas and practice and initiating necessary changes. This process of reflection, self-monitoring and self-evaluation, though difficult, timeconsuming and complex, helps them not to be accustomed to the routines and to engage in the process of professional development. In accordance with the process of teacher development, the present study aimed at examining experienced Iranian high school teachers' ideas and beliefs on errors and error correction to look for any trace of professional development based on their refection and self-evaluation. The teachers were interviewed and their answers were analyzed. The result indicated a kind of change in teachers‟ perception regarding errors. This change ranged from negative view that considers errors as great sins of the learners in the beginning years of teaching towards a positive view of errors as signs of development and creativity in the process of learning a foreign language after many years of teaching experience. Based on the teachers' answers, it can be inferred that the reaction of the teachers to learners' errors has also changed. In many cases, the teachers provided reflective answers and discussed why and how their ideas about errors and their manner of error correction have changed. The trend of development and professionalism were thus traceable in their reflective writing.

Received date: 11 January, 2020 Review date: 29 March 2020 Accepted date:01 April 2020 Abstract Human has always tried in history to accomplish advances in various eras including materials and spiritual eras. When human found himself, the innovation movement started. The philosophicalsocial stream was gradually formed after years of war in 20 century which changed various literature, social sciences, and educational sciences eras. The objective of this stream was criticizing modernism and its dead-ends. Today post-modernism is one of the biggest discussions in all scientific, formal, and informal meetings, and forming enormous conventions with mutual concern have been observed whose objective is finding desirable solution to face with problems. The postmodernism worldview is based on rejecting absolute realities. The epistemology of postmodernism is mostly related to the present time than future or past. Postmodernism rejects the universal ethical and general spiritual values and mostly believes on relativity of values. The curriculum plan of postmodernism emphasizes on issues that increases cultural, historical, political, ecological, aesthetic, and theological awareness.

The cave men were illustrating on caves for getting to know himself and the world around. The illustrations are full of symbols and meanings and have used signs and different forms by deconstructing totem. To achieve more analyses about his mind needs discussion. Symbolic signs are representative of what is beyond what may seem at first glance. Those are connected with everyday life. In fact, symbols have collective unconscious aspects which stand for thinking method and life style. The importance of knowing Paleolithic art and cognitive grounds for it had formed cultures. The qualities of these works of art and the ambiguities of them in the interpretation of their message to the viewer look mysterious. Thus, methodological and vast studies about prehistoric art till the 16th century are started and still being continued. Such researches are increasing as a result of new findings in the 20th century.
