Background: Because of its anatomical location, the knee joint has to sustain enormous forces during exercise and physical activity. One of the most frequent damage affecting ligaments in the lower body is the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury. Treatment may include rest and rehabilitation physical exercises. This study wanted to explore an alternative method for supporting ACL injury recovery using an electromagnetic device for young athletes. Methods: A total of 10 athletes, 4 females and 6 males, who had undergone ACL surgery for the first time were considered. They ranged from 15 to 22 years. Results: After two months of follow-up from the experiment starting time, our results showed for every patient an evident muscle tonification in both limbs. Conclusion: Our data showed that for athletes combining physical exercises with the electro-magnetic technology had led to a significant and positive improvement in muscle tone and strength without discomfort or side effects in patients after ACL surgery. A milder approach gives the athlete a gradual recovery and a variable intervention window based on the patient’s characteristics and personal needs. The device we used represents valuable and effective support that could be widely employed in the physiotherapy field.

In recent years, there are differences in the definition of school bullying, and different definitions adapt to different subjects. School bullying occurs from time to time in all countries around the world. Learning from the existing experience and practices of other countries, especially the practices of developed countries, has a great effect on promoting the rule of law of school bullying. School bullying has different effects on the physical and mental health of the bully and the bystanders. It is feasible to intervene students through psychological prevention and treatment. In recent years, the definition and legislation of school bullying in China have begun to improve. We have made new discoveries and new problems in school bullying, and it is still a prospect to prevent and control school bullying.

Limitations from prior research on predictors of adult drug court graduation outcomes were addressed by examining the largest sample to-date of 3,062 participants from 34 rural and urban drug courts. Fifty-two percent of the participants successfully completed drug court. Two-year recidivism for the drug court graduates was low (16%). Graduates were more likely to be female, Caucasian, an older age, employed, have received at least a high-school education, to have a marital relationship, to not have engaged in suicidal behaviors, and to have primarily used marijuana instead of methamphetamine or opiates. No difference emerged among predictors in rural versus urban settings. In this unique study with a large sample and a multi-year recidivism period, graduates who recidivated were more likely to be younger, and to not have a driver’s license. Implications for tailoring of drug court treatment and case management plans are discussed.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a complex disease, with signs and symptoms that differ from one person into another; this clinical variability is due to the different locations of the anatomical-pathological lesions. In addition to motor symptoms, psychological disorders can be observed, as it is shown in several studies and to different extent, with a wide-range percentage of 14-57% [1]. This study aimed to assess subjective Quality of Life (QoL) in patients with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS). The results of the present study show how QoL is perceived by patients affected by RRMS and they may be useful for all professionals who work with such people. Moreover, it may be considered one of the starting points in order to find other and more effective strategies aimed to improve QoL.

Suicide is defined as death caused by injuring or harming oneself with intent to die and a suicide attempt is an injury or harm caused to self with intent to die but has not resulted in death [1]. Suicide and suicidal behaviors are influenced by multiple psychosocial and biological factors. Factors such as resilience, good social support are protective against suicide while lack of occupation, financial issues, ill health, poor social support are risk factors of suicide. Prevention of suicide is the need of the hour. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic is a possible suicide and suicidal behavior increase that is being neglected at community level.
