Pembelajaran selama masa pandemi covid 19 mengalami perubahan dimensi yang sangat signifikan dan memiliki berbagai aspek kelemahan yang mengikutinya sehingga menimbulkan masalah baru dalam proses belajar-mengajar, hal ini merupakan sesuatu yang wajar, namun dalam penelitian yang diamati oleh penulis topik yang banyak diteliti adalah tentang kelemahan dari metode belajar daring tersebut, sehingga dari sejumlah penelitian yang ada masih sedikit pembahasan tentang bagaimana cara mensinergikan peran orang tua dan guru belum penulis temukan. Tujuan penelitian ini berusaha untuk membuat sebuah penelitian yang menjelaskan salah satu cara untuk meminimalisir kelemahan yang timbul pada saat proses belajar daring berlangsung yaitu dengan cara membuat suatu kerjasama/sinergi antara guru dan orang tua untuk mengawasi keberlangsungan dan keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif atau kepustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data diperoleh dari buku dan artikel pada jurnal online. Peneliti melakukan penelusuran artikel dengan menggunakan kata kunci yaitu “Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Covid-19”. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tumbuhnya kesadaran bagi orang tua dan guru akan fungsi mereka yang sangat penting di dalam mendukung terciptanya kerjasama di dalam proses belajar-mengajar yang sarat dengan kelemahan-kelemahan yang ditimbulkan oleh pembelajaran jarak jauh saat ini. Learning during the COVID-19 pandemic experienced a very significant dimensional change and had various aspects of weakness that followed it, causing new problems in the teaching and learning process, this is something that is natural, but in the research observed by the author, the topic that was widely studied was about weaknesses. from the online learning method, so that from a number of existing studies there is still little discussion about how to synergize the roles of parents and teachers, the authors have not found. The purpose of this study is to make a study that explains one way to minimize weaknesses that arise during the online learning process, namely by creating a collaboration/synergy between teachers and parents to monitor the continuity and success of learning. The research method used is a qualitative research method or literature. In this study, data collection was obtained from books and articles in online journals. Researchers searched articles using keywords, namely "Learning, Christian Religious Education, Covid-19". The result of this research is the growing awareness for parents and teachers of their very important function in supporting the creation of cooperation in the teaching and learning process which is full of weaknesses caused by distance learning today.

Lembaga pendidikan merupakan suatu wadah yang dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk membantu kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelayanan pendidikan dan mengatasi masalah-masalah pendidikan. Salah satu faktor yang sangat menentukan bagi tercapianya tujuan dari suatu lembaga pendidikan harus memiliki rencana strategi yang berdasar pada tujuan lembaganya. Manajemen strategi merupakan proses pengarahan usaha perencanaan strategi dan menjamin strategi tersebut dilaksanakan dengan baik, sehingga menjadi jaminan keberhasilan pada jangka panjang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan kajian yang telah dilakukan, lembaga belum sepenuhnya membuat rencana strategi dengan perumusan yang telah ditetapkan. Untuk itu, diharapkan lembaga pendidikan lebih memperhatikan aspek-aspek manajemen terutama aspek perencanaan yang bersifat penting karena dapat membimbing langkah nyata lembaga untuk masa depannya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share selama kegiatan belajar mengajar pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri 153075 Pinangsori 4 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 14 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kognitif siswa meningkat sesuai dengan ketuntasan klasikal. Selain itu, afektif siswa juga meningkat di setiap indikatornya dan sesuai dengan nilai rata-rata proporsi ketuntasan dengan nilai A (sangat baik). Lebih lanjut, psikomotorik siswa meningkat pada setiap indikatornya dan sesuai dengan nilai rata-rata proporsi ketuntasan dengan nilai A (sangat baik). Peningkatan ketiga aspek tersebut membuktikan bahwa hasil belajar siswa meningkat melalui penerapan model pembeljajaran Think-Pair-Share.

Time by time, the relationship between parents and children changes, namely family dysfunction. The responsibilities of both parents and children do not work properly. The researcher aims to know how the parent and child relationship according to the Bible is based on Ephesians 6: 1-4. Data collection using questionnaires. This research is survey research is eskriptif. The results showed that the congregation had a good knowledge of the responsibilities of parents (70%) and those with fairly good knowledge (30%). There are also children who have responsibilities (60%) and have good knowledge (40%). Therefore, to improve the quality of the relationship between parent and child, then the servants of God and the minister of GEKISIA Medan need to increase the quantity of activities such as family retreats, workshops, as well as through the teachings held in Family PA. In addition, the citizens of the congregation to be more diligent to worship and follow the teachings that are held in the church.

The Christian people was transformed by God’s grace will be the partner of God. In other to their presence as a Christian people should be live and work together with the others especially to build and conserve the integrity of Indonesia. As a big country, Indonesia has many problems and the Christian People as a part of the Indonesian should show their participation and asked another people to joint to solve the problems as well. So the task as a Christian people sould be integrated with the task as a citizen.

Understanding adolescents about true worship is still minimal. This study aimed to determine the true worship understanding based on Romans 12: 1-2 on the growth of teenager spirituality of GPPS Maranatha Diski. The research method used is quantitative survey. Methods and tools of data collection were used by questionnaire. The results of the study were found: (1) adolescent's understanding of True Worship Based on Romans 12: 1-2 in the sufficiently understood category (2) Spiritual Growth Spirituality GPPS Maranatha Diski (Y) in the category understood enough; and (3) the effect of true worship understanding based on Romans 12: 1-2 on the sufficient category. Based on these findings, efforts should be made to improve understanding of true worship based on Romans 112: 1-2, namely: (a) delivering continuous sermons on basic teachings such as true worship and spiritual growth periodically; (b) distributing to the congregation of basic teaching materials; (c) creating and conducting subject matter with an attractive design / appearance and an interesting style of discussion; (d) encourage Youth/ Youth departments to evaluate the role of parents, Sunday School and existing spiritual counselors.

The low awareness of organization, lack of contribution, and lack of confidence has an impact on the inability to develop their talents. This study aims to determine the level of youth participation in the organization. The method used is descriptive quantitative. All members of Karang Taruna organization in Pagaran Sub-district, North Tapanuli Regency are involved as research subjects, which are 63 people. The data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. The results showed that youth participation in producing the organization of Karang Taruna in Kecamatan Pagaran Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara was good in planning of organization program, program implementation, utilization of result and program evaluation. Further research needs to be done to increase the involvement of youth and steakholder.

Orang tua masih banyak menyelesaikan permasalahan perilaku anak dengan memberikan hukuman fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian hukuman yang diberikan oleh orang tua terhadap disiplin belajar anak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan anak usia 7-15 tahun sebanyak 36 anak usia di kelurahan Tanjung Tongah Kota Pematang siantar. Hasil analisis dengan regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh hukuman orang tua terhadap disiplin belajar anak. Jenis hukuman yang diberikan orang tua kepada anak adalah seperti memukul, mencubit dan menampar. Anak-anak di lokasi penelitian ini memiliki disiplin belajar yang cukup baik. Orang tua seharusnya tidak menghukum anak dengan kekerasan, tetapi mengarahkan anak dengan penuh kasih. Untuk para orang tua perlu diberikan pemahaman tentang dampak hukuman terhadap perkembangan anak.
