Design of a Remote Maintenance System for ABB Drives ABB变频器远程维护系统设计

ABB drives are widely used in metallurgical mining,windmill farms,building automation and oilfields.Therefore,rapid diagnosis and maintenance technologies that ensure security and reliability of the driving system is obviously important.Remote maintenance systems supported by computer,communication,network and multimedia technologies provide safe,efficient and convenient way to maintain the product remotely.This paper focuses on building a maintenance system for ABB drives,which integrates remote monitoring,control and diagnose.The design of hardware allows the configuration for DTU,PLC and ABB drive units.The communication between DTU and PLC is realized via RS485.The group control between PLC and drives is realized via RS485 and MODBUS.The software allows coding of the host server,programming of PLC and WEB interface design for mobile devices.
ABB变频器广泛应用于冶金矿山、风车农场、楼宇自动化和油田。因此,确保驱动系统安全可靠的快速诊断和维护技术显得尤为重要。以计算机、通信、网络和多媒体技术为支撑的远程维护系统为远程维护产品提供了安全、高效、便捷的方式。本文的重点是建立一个集远程监测、控制和诊断为一体的ABB变频器维护系统。硬件设计允许配置DTU,PLC和ABB驱动单元。DTU与PLC之间的通信通过RS485实现。PLC与驱动器之间的群控通过RS485和MODBUS实现。软件实现了主机服务器的编码、PLC的编程和移动设备的WEB界面设计。
