On the freedom of association 关于结社自由

Freedom of association,recognized and protected by the constitutional law as well as international human rights law,is a right to associate with others based on different reasons.This article discusses the freedom of association from four perspectives: the concept of the freedom of association;What kind of function it serves;How the law protects it and its relationship with freedom of speech.
结社自由是基于不同理由与他人结社的权利,受到宪法和国际人权法的承认和保护。本文从结社自由的概念、结社自由的功能、法律如何保护结社自由以及结社自由与言论自由的关系四个方面对结社自由进行了论述。

Nonlinear Analysis of Joint in Roadbed Based on Infinite Element Theory 基于有限元理论的路基节理非线性分析

Based on the mapping infinite element principle,a coupling model of finite element and mapping infinite element is presented to solve materially nonlinear problem of joint in the roadbed.By organizing the huge nonlinear program,the application of mapping infinite element is extended to the field of nonlinear in joints research.The research shows that,in comparison with the common finite element,the finite-mapping infinite element coupling system can effectively reduce the computer's scale,improve the computational accuracy and efficiency.Meanwhile the model is showed to be very economical.
基于映射无限元原理,提出了一种求解路基接缝材料非线性问题的有限元与映射无限元耦合模型。通过组织庞大的非线性程序,将映射无穷元的应用扩展到节理非线性研究领域。研究表明,与普通有限元相比,有限映射无限单元耦合系统可以有效地减小计算机的规模,提高计算精度和效率。同时也证明了该模型的经济性。

In recent years,especially with the efforts of the present generation of state leaders,China has made great progress in human rights protection,but meanwhile,there still exist some gross problems to be solved and improved,which,as roughly sorted out in the present paper,include human rights consciousness,theories of governing,legislation,policy-making,judicial measures,administrative management,spreading of human rights knowledge etc.
近年来,特别是在当代国家领导人的努力下,中国在人权保障方面取得了很大的进步,但同时也存在一些亟待解决和改进的突出问题,本文对这些问题进行了粗略的梳理,包括人权意识、治国理政、立法决策、司法措施、行政管理、人权知识普及等。
