In order to analyze the hydrodynamic performance and flow field characteristics of L-type podded propulsor under ice blockage condition, based on the RANS method, the unsteady hydrodynamic performance of L-type podded propulsor at different distances between propeller and ice was numerically calculated by using the overlapping grid technology.Research results show that with the decrease of the distance between propeller and ice, thrust and torque of propeller and pod unit increase gradually, and rapid increase when the distance is near, but the added value is unstable.With the decrease of the distance between propeller and ice, blade pressure difference increases gradually in blocking region, while the other blade pressure differences are almost the same, and the pressure differences of the strut and pod increase.The axial inflow velocity in the blocking region between the propeller and ice decreases first, then increases, and then decreases, and the axial inflow velocity is almost constant in the non-blocking zone.The high velocity area of the propeller trailing vortex increases gradually towards the propeller rotation direction.

As the most basic economic ethical value in the market economy,economic liberty is the extension and reflection of liberty in economic activities,signifying that economic subjects have economic activity and property rights according to their own will. In content,it includes economic subjects' liberty of production,distribution,exchange and consumption and property rights; in nature,it takes the form of negative liberty and positive liberty of economic activities. Viewing from the significance of economic ethics,economic liberty is closely connected with economic and social development,and it is the basic requirement for optimal allocation of market resources,the intrinsic motivation of economic development and prosperity,and the driving force of human civilization progress. To achieve economic liberty under the socialist market economy,conditions are required such as adopting responsibility ethics as the presupposition,the protection of property rights,adhering to distribution according to people's labor and taking the socialist institutions as the guarantee,etc.

Relative merits of different residuals used in the construction of objective function and weight coefficients in single-objective function for structural model updating are investigated in this paper based on the improved genetic algorithm (IGA). Presently there are three residuals which are used mostly in finite element (FE) model updating: frequency residual, mode shape residual, and modal flexibility residual. Relative merits of the three residuals are analyzed through the simulation of a simply supported beam. Then, model updating is studied comparatively based on IGA. Frequency is the main characteristic parameter of bridge structure, which has high identification precision and should be used with priority. When there are several updating parameters, information should be complemented. If identification error of the mode shape is relatively less, the complement of the mode shape is feasible. In the end, through the analysis of weight coefficients for different residuals in single-objective function, it can be seen that the model updating performance is better when the frequency residual has a larger weight coefficient.
