Eigen-vector Expansion Theorem of a Class of Operator Matrices 一类算子矩阵的特征向量展开式定理

An expansion theorem of a class of operator matrices is set up.The symplectic orthogonality of eigen-vectors is obtaind,and a necessary and sufficient condition for the completeness of the eigen-vector system is further given.As concrete applications,the obtained results are tested for differential equations.
建立了一类算子矩阵的展开式定理。得到了特征向量的辛正交性,并进一步给出了特征向量系统完备性的充分必要条件。作为具体应用,对所得结果进行了微分方程的检验。

Effect of Thickness of Slabs on the Surface and Interface Phonon-Polaritons in Four Layer Systems Consisting of Polar Ternary Mixed Crystals 板料厚度对极性三元混合晶体四层体系表面和界面声子极化子的影响

Surface and interface phonon-polaritons in four layer heterostructure systems consisting of polar ternary mixed crystals are investigated with the modified random-element-isodisplacement model and the Born-Huang approximation,based on the Maxwell's equations with the usual boundary conditions.The numerical results of the surface and interface phonon-polariton frequencies as functions of the thickness of slabs in the GaAs/Al0.4Ga0.6As heterostructure systems are obtained and discussed.It is shown that there are seven branches of surface and interface phonon-polariton modes in heterostructure systems,and the energies of surface or interface modes of the slab change with the thickness of slab,however,the other polariton modes almost not change.
基于具有一般边界条件的麦克斯韦方程组,采用改进的随机元等位移模型和Born-Huang近似,研究了由极性三元混合晶体组成的四层异质结构体系中的表面和界面声子极化子。讨论了GaAs/Al0.4Ga0.6As异质结构体系中表面和界面声子极化子频率随厚度变化的数值结果。结果表明,异质结构体系中存在表面和界面声子-极化子模式的7个分支,且板的表面或界面模式的能量随板的厚度而变化,而其他极化子模式几乎不变。

Commemorating the Past and Looking towards the Future 纪念过去,展望未来

My first career in Inner Mongolia University was as a researcher in particle physics.Then my interest was turned to the theoretical biophysics.The main problems are summarized on theoretical biology and bioinformatics which were studied by my group in the past 25 years.Among others the quantum folding theory,the principle of genome evolution and the cell's entropy production are emphasized and suggested as three fields to be investigated deeply and carefully in the future.
我在内蒙古大学的第一份工作是粒子物理研究员。然后我的兴趣转向了理论生物物理学。总结了我课题组近25年来在理论生物学和生物信息学方面研究的主要问题。其中强调了量子折叠理论、基因组进化原理和细胞熵的产生,并提出了未来需要深入细致研究的三个领域。
