The influence of Sm doping at A site on the magnetic,electrical properties in La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_3 A位Sm掺杂对La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_3磁性、电学性能的影响

The M-T curves,ESR curves,p-T curves and MR-T curves of La_(0.67-x)Sm_xSr_(0.33)MnO_3(x=0, 0.10,0.20,0.30)were measured.The experimental results indicate that,with the increase of Sm doping, the system undergoes a transition from long range ferromagnetic order to the cluster-spin glass state and further to antiferroinagnetic order.The variation in magnetic structure and extra magnetic coupling caused by Sm doping led to colossal magnetoresistance.
测定了La_(0.67-x)Sm_xSr_(0.33)MnO_3(x=0, 0.10,0.20,0.30)的M-T曲线、ESR曲线、p-T曲线和MR-T曲线。实验结果表明,随着Sm掺杂量的增加,体系经历了从长程铁磁有序态到团旋玻璃态的转变,并进一步向反铁磁有序态转变。钐掺杂引起的磁结构变化和额外的磁耦合导致了巨大的磁阻。

On the Effects of Innovation on Government Competency 论创新对政府胜任力的影响

Previous studies of government competency have ignored the structural relation among the organizational environment, personnel resources, and the cost of administrative management. The authors therefore approach the problem from innovative act of government officials prior to their appointment so as to reveal the relationship among these three factors. Based on the results of questionnaire-survey the paper concludes that the three factors have a strong effect on the internal organizational competency and a much weaker effect on the external competency.
以往的政府胜任力研究忽略了组织环境、人力资源和行政管理成本三者之间的结构关系。因此,笔者从政府官员任职前的创新行为入手,揭示这三个因素之间的关系。基于问卷调查的结果,本文认为这三个因素对组织内部胜任力的影响较大,而对组织外部胜任力的影响较小。

The paper first investigates the current philosophical bewilderment concerning materialism and the loss of phenomenalism in philosophical studies,and goes on to reiterate the substantial nature of the universe as the foundation for all beings and all studies.The human being,with his instinct for survival,is irrevocably linked to the community in which he exists and thus the study of man is irrevocably linked the study of all disciplines.The paper further discusses such aspects of human existence as materialism,idealism,dualism,religion etc.and concludes that materialism is the only means of human understanding.
本文首先考察了当前哲学上对唯物主义的困惑和哲学研究中现象主义的缺失,然后重申了宇宙的实体性是一切存在和一切研究的基础。人类的生存本能不可避免地与他所生存的社会联系在一起,因此对人类的研究也不可避免地与所有学科的研究联系在一起。本文进一步论述了唯物主义、唯心主义、二元论、宗教等人类存在的各个方面,并得出唯物主义是人类认识的唯一手段的结论。

The author holds that while effectively applied in a variety of fields, quantum mechanics has been the controversial topic under dispute, ever since its advent, in terms of definition, conceptual and philosophical implications. The paper is thus an attempt to invetigate the origin of quantum logic and the difference between classical logic and quantum logic so as to guide the research in this field.

The Cultural Connotation of Animal Words in English and Chinese 英汉动物词汇的文化内涵

The paper maintains that animal words,widely used in both English and Chinese,re flect the similarities and differences of the two languages and,based on an anal ysis of the human characteristics of cultural connotations in animal words,it ex plains and compares the general and specific characters of these words used in English and Chinese from the perspective of human culture evolution.It further a rgues that due attention should be given to the culture connotations of animal w ords in cross-cultural communication.
本文认为,英汉两种语言中广泛使用的动物词汇反映了两种语言的异同,并在分析动物词汇文化内涵的人类特征的基础上,从人类文化演变的角度对英汉动物词汇的共性和特殊性进行了解释和比较。在跨文化交际中,应重视动物词汇的文化内涵。
