Free will is a concept put forth by the Philosophical School of Law which extracts the concept from reason by using the method of metaphysics.Its purport is to find a kind of moral code analogical to the law of nature and to find the law of liberty to be followed by human beings with the ultimate purpose of building a moral theory as accurate as sciences such as physics.Therefore free will is the ability of pure reason to make laws and to comply with them.Only in this sense can we say that the will is really free.
自由意志是法哲学学派运用形而上学的方法从理性中提取出来的概念。它的主旨是寻找一种类似于自然法则的道德准则,寻找人类遵循的自由法则,最终目的是建立一种像物理学等科学一样准确的道德理论。因此,自由意志是纯粹理性制定法律和遵守法律的能力。只有在这个意义上,我们才能说意志是真正自由的。

Synthesis and application of hydrophobically associating cationic polyacrylamide 疏水缔合阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的合成及应用

A series of hydrophobically associating cationic copolymers,poly(AM-DMDAAC-BA),were synthesized with acrylamide(AM),dimethyldiallyammonium chloride(DMDAAC) and butylacrylate(BA) by the micellar free radical copolymerization technique.Copolymerization was initiated by a complex initiation system,which was composed of a redox initiator(K2S2O8-Na2S2O3) and thermal decomposition initiator azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN).The effects of synthesis conditions,such as various initiation systems,initiator concentration,monomer ratio,surfactant concentration and urea concentration on properties of polymers were studied.The results showed that conversion and molecular weight of polymer were increased with the use of the initiation system.The optimum conditions of copolymerization were as follows: the molar ratio of AM,DMDAAC and BA was 68.6∶29.4∶ 2.0,respectively and the percentages of initiator,surfactant and urea by weight in the monomers were 0.15%,2.0% and 2.5%,respectively.Infrared spectrogram of the copolymers proved the formation of hydrophobically associating cationic copolymers. The results of coagulation performance experiments indicated that the oil removal rate was significantly improved by using P(AM-DMDAAC-BA).

Legal regulation means a process in which state or legal norm authorized by state spontaneously or compulsorily affect among subjects or between subject and object relating to their communicative relations, with the aid of subjects′ legal consciousness or under protection by state′s compulsory forces. Mechanism of legal regulation, which forms the basis of legal regulation, may indicate basis, principle, procedure and way through which legal morms can apply and affect in world of facts. Legal regulation can perform through its methods, and methods of legal regulation can be divided into arbitrary regulation, guiding regulation, incentive regulation and punitive regulation according to such divination among norm of empower, norm of obligation, deontic action and deviant behavior respectively. It is in judicial process that legal regulation can perform or operate as a critical process and also the final stage.

Like logic, rhetoric used to be one branch of learning which attracted a lot of scholars. However, with the development of natural sciences, the role of logic in science has become more and more prominent, but, in contrast, the importance of rhetoric has declined. The advent of hermeneutics has brought new life to rhetoric. Rhetoric plays an important role not only in the seeking of truth and virtue, but in the discussion of beauty as well. Consequently, rhetoric is now undergoing an unprecedented resurge and development. Thus the dominant position of logic is now being threatened, and rhetoric is not an auxiliary to but instead the core of philosophy.

GENE CLONING AND SEQUENCE ANALYSIS OF VP5 FOR CHICKEN INFECTIOUS BURSAL DISEASE VIRUS

Chicken infectious bursal disease viruses (IBDV) were isolated and purified from infected bursa and then the viruses were used to extract genomic RNA.The cDNA first strand was synthesized by reverse transcription using IBDV genomic RNA as the template.A DNA fragment coding for the viral protein 5(VP5) of IBDV was amplified by PCR,which was ligated with pcDNA3.1(+) vector following restriction enzyme digestion.The ligates were transformed into XL1 blue and the recombinant plasmid pIBDV VP5 was screened and identified.The sequencing for VP5 gene and its sequence analysis were performed.

Legal order is one of the basic concepts of Jurisprudence,but the research on it does not let me satisfied.This article is especially on surveying the concept of Legal order and its features is Jurisprudence.The author believes that legal order is the way of social life formed by adjustment of social relations by law,which is dynamical,well organized,patterned and authorized.Adjustment by law is the precondition of Legal order.Properly arranged social relations is the nature of Legal order.The aim of Legal order is making the human's existing way nomalized.It has got four external characters,ie.Time、culture、stability and publicity;and five internal features,ie.Legal normativeness、social dynamics、practically well organization、pattern and authority.[WT5”HZ]
