On Action Research 关于行动研究

As a qualitative research method,action research is professional development,characteristically cyclical,reflective and critical.It reveals what happens in the classroom thus informs us about effective learning and teaching.It uses moral,spiritual,aesthetic,emotional,affective and practical criteria to investigate teaching and learning thus enables us to recognize and understand other dimensions of the language education besides the quantifiable ones.It emphasises contextual analysis,the actions,discourses,and perceptions of the teachers in the context and the patterns that connect them.If language teaching research truly aspires to be practical,authentic,influential and vigorous,it has to encourage action research.
作为一种定性研究方法,行动研究是专业发展的,具有周期性、反思性和批判性的特点。它揭示了课堂上发生的事情,从而告诉我们如何有效地学习和教学。它用道德、精神、审美、情感、情感和实践等标准来考察教与学,从而使我们认识和理解语言教育在可量化的维度之外的其他维度。它强调语境分析,教师在语境中的行为、话语和感知,以及将它们联系起来的模式。语言教学研究要真正做到实用、真实、有影响力、有活力,就必须鼓励行动研究。

A Novel Associative Memory System Based on Newton's Forward Interpolation 一种基于牛顿正插值的联想记忆系统

A novel highorder associative memory system based on the Newton's forward Interpolation (NFIAMS) is preposed, which can carry out errorfree approximations to multivariable polynomial functions of arbitrary order. The theory, interpolation algorithm and traning rules of the NFIAMS are discussed in detail. The results of simulating examples indicate that it has more advantadges than CMACtype AMS, such as highprecision of learning, much smaller memory requirement without the datacollision problem and much less computational effort for training and faster convergence rates than that attainable with multilayer BP neural networks.
