Synchronization of a class of uncertain chaotic systems 一类不确定混沌系统的同步

This paper presents an active control method for synchronization of two uncertain chaotic systems with parameters perturbation.A controller is designed to eliminate the nonlinear parts with the active control method.Based on Gerschgorin′s theorem in matrix theory,some simple generic criterions of global synchronization between two chaotic systems are established.To demonstrate the robustness and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy,it is applied to Lorenz systems and perfect simulation results are obtained.
针对两个参数摄动不确定混沌系统的同步问题,提出了一种主动控制方法。采用主动控制的方法,设计了消除非线性部分的控制器。基于矩阵理论中的Gerschgorin定理,建立了两个混沌系统之间全局同步的一些简单的一般判据。为了验证所提控制策略的鲁棒性和有效性,将其应用于Lorenz系统,得到了较好的仿真结果。

On the Criminal Rights 论刑事权利

There are two bases underlining the criminal rights: (1) the rights derived from the human rights (2) the rights bestowed to criminals in accordance to the ultimate goal of legal punishment. Although the aims of exercising legal punishment and granting the rights are different, and mutually undermining and restrictive, they both originate from the social expectations, and constitute a paradox of contradiction and integration. The criminal rights can take three forms, i.e. the rights needed, legalized and realized. The development of the rights is no other than the evolution from the needed to the realized along a particular course.
刑事权利的内涵有两个基础:(1)来源于人权的权利;(2)根据法定刑罚的最终目的赋予罪犯的权利。虽然法定刑罚的行使和权利的授予目的不同,而且相互破坏和制约,但它们都源于社会期望,构成了矛盾与融合的悖论。刑事权利可以表现为需要权利、合法化权利和实现权利三种形式。权利的发展无非是一个从需要到实现的演进过程。
