Standard Test Method for Diesel Fuel Diluent in Used Diesel Engine Oils by Gas Chromatography 用气相色谱法测定二手柴油机油中柴油稀释剂的标准试验方法

The test method for diesel fuel diluent in used diesel engine oils by gas chromatography was discussed. And the impact of injection volume and integration time of chromatography peak of diesel oil on the final result was emphatically studied. According to the regression coefficient R2 of standard working curve, the optimum values of injection volume and integration time were determined and discussed finally. The repeatability and reproducibility of the method were also examined. The results showed that the precision of this test method is high, the repeatability is less than 0.3% and the reproducibility is less than 1.6%. The test method can meet the requirements of the determination of diesel fuel diluent in used diesel engine oils on the equipment maintenance and oil research application.
探讨了用气相色谱法测定旧柴油机油中柴油稀释剂的方法。重点研究了柴油的进样量和色谱峰积分时间对最终结果的影响。根据标准工作曲线的回归系数R2,确定了最佳进样量和积分时间。并对方法的重复性和再现性进行了检验。结果表明,该方法精密度高,重复性小于0.3%,重现性小于1.6%。该试验方法可以满足在设备维修和油品研究应用上对废旧柴油机油中柴油稀释剂测定的要求。
