Selection of labor modality for secondary pregnancy of women with cicatricial uterus 瘢痕性子宫二次妊娠分娩方式的选择

Objective To determine the appropriate labor modalities for secondary pregnancy of women with cicatricial uterus.Methods The data of l99 cases of cicatricial uterus who had secondary pregnancy were analyzed statistically.Results Among them,158 underwent cesarean section(79.40%),and the reasons for performing cesarean section were due to social factors,fetal distress,and relevant complications.Only 10 cases undergoing cesarean section were due to cicatricial uterus(5.03%).Conclusion For those with cicatricial uterus having secondary pregnancy,vaginal delivery is still an alternative option.It is mandatory to select the indication of vaginal delivery,conduct close monitoring,as well as get patients'cooperation and family members'understanding.
目的探讨瘢痕子宫妇女继发妊娠的适宜分娩方式。方法对199例瘢痕性子宫继发妊娠的临床资料进行统计分析。结果其中剖宫产158例(79.40%),剖宫产的原因主要为社会因素、胎儿窘迫及相关并发症。剖宫产因瘢痕性子宫仅10例(5.03%)。结论瘢痕性子宫继发妊娠仍可选择阴道分娩。强制选择阴道分娩指征,密切监护,争取患者配合和家属理解。
