Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air mengoperasikan penerbangan dari 5 pangkalan utama yakni di Medan (Sumatera Utara), Halim Perdana Kusuma (Jakarta), Jawa Tengah (Cilacap), Jawa Barat (Pangandaran dan Bandung), Samarinda, dan Jayapura (Papua). Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, Susi Air harus memiliki tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi sehingga hubungan antara peran perusahaan dan performa karyawan harus saling mendukung satu sama lain demi mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, Manajemen waktu (Time Management) adalah usaha untuk mengorganisir, mengawasi, merencanakan, dan mengendalikan penggunaan waktu dengan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Aspek terpenting yang harus disebutkan adalah bahwa manajemen waktu tidak menuntut seseorang untuk belajar melakukan sebanyak mungkin hal dalam waktu singkat, tetapi memastikan bahwa orang tersebut melakukan apa yang perlu dilakukan, berurusan dengan hal yang benar-benar perlu diperhatikan. Kunci untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan menyelesaikan tugas dengan efisiensi di PT Asi Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) adalah manajemen waktu yang efektif. Namun, jika karyawan dan perusahaan tidak mampu mengelola waktu dengan baik, maka akan muncul akibat buruk seperti penyelesaian tugas yang terlambat, peningkatan tingkat stres, dan penurunan produktivitas yang berujung pada hilangnya motivasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah promosi dan manajemen resiko pada BMT Al-Ishlah berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat di Kota Jambi. Sebagai populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Jambi. Jumlah sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 397 responden. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan metode penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik. Hasilnya promosi berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dan manajemen resiko berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Promosi memiliki pengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat Kota Jambi dalam menggunakan produk BMT Al-Ishlah, dan manajemen resiko juga memiliki pengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan masyarakat Kota Jambi dalam menggunakan produk BMT Al-Ishlah

This 2023 research is entitled Strategy for Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment Using Islamic Philanthropy to Become a Moderating Variable on Community Welfare (Case Study of the BSM UMMAT Foundation). The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a significant influence between poverty alleviation and economic empowerment on people's welfare in increasing Muzaki in the future, with Islamic philanthropy as a moderator variable. The success of the Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment Strategy is largely determined by several aspects, namely Capital Assistance, Facilities Development Assistance, Counseling Assistance, Institutional Strengthening, and Strengthening Business Partnerships. The research method used is the correlation and regression method, which is an attempt to measure and test the relationship and forecast of the variables studied, where to test the relationship and predict the variables, namely by using computerized media SPSS, SEM, and Microsoft Excel programs. While the sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling/Purposive Sampling which uses a total sample of 50 people. In this entire study, the biggest influence on the t-test is the effect of Economic Empowerment on Islamic Philanthropy (t count of 4.427 is greater than the t-table of 1.96). Economic Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Philanthropy. Then, Poverty Alleviation has a positive and significant effect on Islamic Philanthropy, because based on statistical parameters it shows that the t count is 2.045 greater than the t table is 1.96. Economic Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare because based on statistical parameters it shows that t count is 2.698 greater than the t-table of 1.96 and Islamic Philanthropy has a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare because based on statistical parameters it shows that t count is 2.085 greater than t table of 1.96.

One of the ways companies get prospective workers who have high work results is by manifesting the recruitment and selection process. An agency needs to recruit prospective workers who match the criteria needed with the aim of being able to carry out the job desks that have been determined in certain positions. Finding prospective workers who have competencies and criteria that are in accordance with the needs of an agency is quite complicated so it requires a special scheme during the recruitment and selection process. This research discusses whether the recruitment and selection system has an influence on employee work commitment, this research uses a literature study method that examines several sources that examine the application of the recruitment and selection system to increase employee work commitment.

This study aims to examine the influence of Faculty, GPA, and Gender on the level of financial literacy of students at the STIAMi Jakarta Institute of Social Sciences and Management. To obtain the required data, data collection in the form of a questionnaire was used. The respondents studied were 100 FIA and Non-FIA students. Data analysis technique with Binary Logistic Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study, shows that the Faculty influences the level of financial literacy of students in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences and Management, STIAMI, Jakarta. Students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences have a better level of financial literacy compared to students other than the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. GPA does not affect the level of financial literacy of students in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, STIAMI Institute of Social Sciences and Management, Jakarta. Students with GPA > 3.00 have a better level of financial literacy than students with GPA < 3.00. and gender does not affect the level of financial literacy of undergraduate students in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FIA) STIAMI Institute of Social Sciences and Management, Jakarta.
