Approach to Development Sustainable Green City 可持续绿色城市的发展途径

Cities are centers of high natural resource utilization activities that contribute to the development of global environmental issues. Urban planning should be integrated with environmental planning in order to achieve sustainable development. This study aims to examine the position of the ecological urban concept in the concept of city ecology and sustainable cities. The method used in this study is a literature review of publications related to the concept of ecocity, urban ecology and sustainable city. The concept of green city development seeks to answer the issue of climate change through adaptation and mitigation actions, through attributes: green planning and design, green open space, green waste, green transportation, green water, green energy, green building, and green community.

Concern for the environment that has worldwide affects various aspects of life, including in terms of urban planning. The application of the concept of an ecological city in sustainable urban planning pays close attention to the local aspects of the community and also the dynamic functions of the city based on current adaptations and developments. With the application of an ecological city, there is a balance between urban development and development and environmental tranquility. A city that applies an ecological concept will be able to create a city with a safe, clean, and comfortable situation for its people by maximizing all the potential of the community through empowerment, facilities, and in sync with urban planning. To be able to implement it, good cooperation between communities is needed to build a city with a balanced environmental, economic, and socio-cultural life for a better future life.

Kaempferia galanga is one of the Indonesian plants that has medicinal properties. Herbs that have medicinal properties are considered safer, more effective, and have smaller side effects than chemicals. There are compounds contained in Kaempferia galangal isolates including Ethyl Cinnamate 65.98%, Ethyl p-methoxycinnamate 23.65%, (+) - 3-Carene 3.42%, Beta-Pinene 2.09%, Camphene 1.67%,Hexadecane1.61%, Alpha-Pinene 0.71%, Myrcene 0.50%, 1-Limonene 0.37%. In several studies showed that Kaempferia galanga has activities such as Antifungal, Anti-inflammatory, and Antibacterial. This proves that herbs like kencur have various benefits.

BIOINFORMATIC STUDY OF ZIZIPHUS JUJUBA (RHAMNACEAE) IN PREVENTING THE GROWTH OF BREAST CANCER 酸枣预防乳腺癌生长的生物信息学研究

Breast cancer is a disease that occurs in the breast when abnormal cell growth occurs in the glands, ducts and tissues. Preventing its growth can be done by consuming organic foods such as Zizhipus jujuba (Rhamnaceae) plant which functions to prevent the growth of breast cancer because this plant contains protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamins, active compounds such as flavonoids, carotenoids, alkaloids, phenols, quercetin. methyl esters, terpenoids, saponins, and so on that function to prevent the growth of free radicals that can damage cells in the body. The purpose of this study was to see the bioactivity of plants in bidara Ziziphus jujube (Rhamnaceae). The method used is a computational study using various bioinformatics applications. From the research it was found that the bidara plant Ziziphus jujube (Rhamnaceae) plant has many useful ingredients including protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamins, active compounds such as flavonoids, carotenoids, alkaloids, phenols, quercetin, methyl esters, terpenoids and saponins.

COMPUTATIONAL STUDY OF CYMBOPOGON NARDUS COMPOUND AS A MOSQUITO REPELLENT 水仙复合驱蚊剂的计算研究

Cymbopogon nardus is a plant of the Poaceae family which is an herbal plant that is used by the community as room and clothing fragrances, relieves wound pain, improves digestion, beautifies the skin and bites the body of mosquitoes. Several previous studies have applied Citronella plants (Cymbopogon nardus) as mosquito repellents. Mosquitoes are very annoying insects because they cause pain and pain, they can also cause skin lesions due to mosquito bites and infections. Sensible mosquito repellent in the form of spray, burn or liquid where chemical compounds are harmful to human health, namely propoxur, tranflutrin, bioaleterin, dikiorvos, dalletherine, octachiorophil ether. The purpose of this study was to see the bioactivity of plants in Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon nardus). The method used is a computational study using various bioinformatics applications. From the research it was found that the plants in Serai Wangi (Cymbopogon nardus) were very effective as mosquito repellents.
