With the large-scale use of Blu-ray technology in the field of data storage, the management of Blu-ray storage and ensuring the safe storage of data have become urgent problems to be solved. Blu-ray storage system is mainly used to control the Blu-ray disc library, including the use of the changer to move the magazine, and put the magazine into the drive. The drive is responsible for loading and unloading the magazine, and recording and reading the data in the magazine. The tray in the Blu-ray disc library can be ejected. At the same time, the Blu-ray storage system can monitor the status of the entire library and the life of the drive and changer. When the library fails, the system can give an alarm in time. In order to improve the reading efficiency of disc, Blu-ray storage system can control multiple drives to read and write data at the same time. When multiple drives write data at the same time, EC (Erasure Coding) technology is adopted on multiple optical discs to realize data redundancy protection and improve the reliability and availability of Blu-ray disc. By using EC technology, even if one or even two Blu-ray discs are damaged, the data can still be read out completely.

Source optimization using hybrid genetic algorithm in lithography 基于混合遗传算法的光刻源优化
Sun Haifeng, Zhang Qingyan, Jin Chuan, Quan Haiyang, Wang Jian, Hundong Song, Liu Junbo
Source Optimization (SO), as a key technology of Resolution Enhancement Technologies (RETs), is employed to improve the performance of lithographic imaging in the advanced node. It is critical to guarantee the superior convergence ability of the pixelated SO method with the optimization algorithm. In this paper, a hybrid Genetic Algorithm (GA) is proposed as the method of optimizing the intensity distribution of the lithographic source according to the different mask pattern. Although the obvious performance of quick convergence and global search can be well represented in GA, keeping the local optimum in the optimization process is easily caused due to the complexity mathematical model for lithographic imaging process. Tabu search algorithm is combined with GA to widen the search range and break away from the local optimum for approximately generating the global optimum results of lithographic source. The valid pixels in the pixelated source are utilized as the optimized variables, which are encoded as a 1-D matrix in the optimized model. For ensuring the continuous gray-level changes in the intensity distribution of lithographic source, the Gaussian filter method is employed to blur the source shape. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed hybrid-GA have the superior convergence performance in optimizing the intensity distribution of the lithographic source for the different mask patterns.

Adaptive point design algorithm to generate toolpath in fast tool servo ultra-precision machining of freeform surface 自由曲面快速伺服超精密加工中刀具轨迹生成的自适应点设计算法
cai zhaohan, Li Jinpeng, Xie Yongjun, mao xianglong
Compared with traditional coaxial multi-reflection imaging systems, the off-axis imaging system using optical freeform has many advantages, including high design freedom, small optical system size and high energy utilization. Nowadays, optical freeform surfaces have been widely utilized in imaging and non-imaging optical systems. But correspondingly, freeform machining is more difficult than spherical and aspherical optical reflectors. In the turning process, toolpath plays a critical role because it will determine the accuracy of the machined surface. The conventional methods to generate toolpath include constant-angle method, constant-arc-length method and the combination of constant-angle and constant-arc-length methods. This article proposes a new method based on an Adaptive Point Design Algorithm (APDA) to generate a series of cutting points. It will generate the cutter’s toolpath based on the tangential height changes of the ideal surface. Through the simulation, the algorithm is verified that it can achieve the same accuracy when reducing the amount of data by about 40%, compared with the traditional constant-angle method. This makes freeform machining faster and provides the basis for precision machining of large-aperture freeform surfaces.
