Blockchain-based Services for Sharing Education Records in Industrial IoT Environment 基于区块链的工业物联网环境下教育记录共享服务

The path towards Industry 4.0 have pushed the workforce to continuously develop their skills to stay at the forefront of their careers and remain attractive to their employers. In this case, the electronic portfolio is designed as a promising tool for professionals and employers, in assessing and presenting guidance for further learning in the workplace environment. However, the implementation of electronic portfolios faces huge challenges, especially due to the lack of interoperability to collect and share competition evidence among multiple organizations and institutions. The growing trend of professional (learning) interoperability has brought other challenges that must be addressed in order to fully utilize the potential of the electronic product portfolio in the context of the fourth industry. This article proposes a framework taking the benefits of blockchain, decentralized storage systems, smart contracts and session management in achieving professional-centric interoperability while creating electronic portfolio and share evidences among multiple organizations without giving up the confidentiality, integrity and availability of shared evidence. The simulation of the proposed model for proof of concept on Ethereum proved its viability in real world practice. In expansion, the assessment of the proposed model proved its effectiveness in terms of cost, storage space and security as a possible solution in electronic portfolios implementation and assisting professionals to stay competitive in global labor market.

Research on Technical Architecture and Overall Scheme of Railway Block Chain Service Platform 铁路区块链服务平台技术体系结构与总体方案研究

The block chain has many unique characteristics, like decentralization, stability, openness and transparency. We can apply block chain in many fields of railway to improve the comprehensive efficiency and benefit, such as railway passenger and freight service, engineering construction, big data sharing and so on. With the gradual completion of data service platform, big data lake and cloud computing in China Railway, these foundations can support the railway block chain application. The paper analyzed the development status and existing problems of block chain at home and abroad. Through the multidimensional analysis for the mainstream block chain platform architecture, the thesis gets the architecture selection of the railway block chain platform. Based on the hyperledger fabric, we propose the technical architecture and overall scheme for the railway block chain service platform respectively. The paper also designs the implementation path for the platform application construction. This research plays an important role and significance in promoting the block chain technology applying and developing in the railway field.
