The biotechnological applications use stable and eco-friendly biocatalysts, with good operational properties, reusable and easily separable. An efficient method of improving the stability of enzymes as biocatalysts may be the immobilization. The enzymes immobilization research objectives are obtaining stable and versatile insoluble enzyme preparations with high enzymatic activity, capable of catalyzing the reactions of their natural and unnatural substrates. If active and stable water – insoluble enzymes, immobilized enzymes having appropriate substrate specificity can be obtained, it becomes possible to use enzymes conveniently in the same way as ordinary solid catalysts in synthetic biochemical reactions. In addition, since enzymes can catalyse specific reactions under mild conditions (normal temperature and pressure), application of immobilized enzymes in large scale bioconversion processes can reduce energy requirements. For some specific applications simple immobilization methods can be used. To increase the catalytic efficiency of immobilized enzyme preparations combinations of these methods can be handled to maximize the advantages presented by them. The physico-chemical properties of the supports used for enzymes immobilization influence the enzymatic activity and the immobilization yields of the immobilized preparations. The aimed of this work was to find efficient methods to stabilize enzymatic preparations with a good balance between costs associated and biocatalytic efficiency.

The aim of this paper is to study the influence of foliar fertilization on rapeseed cultivation. Rapeseed is currently one of the most important species of oil plants in the world, being cultivated for oil-rich seeds. The research was carried out in the agricultural year 2019-2020 in the experimental field of the Agrochemistry discipline located within the Experimental Teaching Station of the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Banat in Timişoara, respectively Cioreni Farm.Foliar fertilizers have the role of calibrating and forming active growth intervals correlated with productivity factors. Foliar fertilization provides cultivated plants with the necessary nutrients during the growing season.Following the study, it was observed that foliar fertilization led to a significant increase in seed production and lipid content.Foliar fertilization is a method that quickly corrects nutrient deficiency and doses avoid toxicity.

After the change of the communist regime and the takeover of agricultural areas by private permits, they, in the context of the presence on the market of a limited range of chemical fertilizers at low prices, began their irrational application, in order to obtain large yields. Although most farmers currently apply fertilizer resources on a scientific basis, the effect of previous practices is still felt, affecting groundwater quality. This paper aims to assess the impact of chemical fertilizers on water quality indicators in a former rural area, now peri urban in the Banat Plain. 10 water sampling points were established (wells and boreholes), and the sampling was done over a period of 6 months (from November 2020 till June 2021). The parameters determined and the range of values were: pH: 6,65 ÷ 7,90; NO3- (mg·l-1): 1,23 ÷ 158,15; NO2- (mg·l-1): 0 ÷ 10,76; NH4+ (mg·l-1): 0 ÷ 5,12, EC (μS/cm): 420 ÷ 1918; PO43- (mg·l-1): 0,0107 ÷ 1,518; Cl- (mg·l-1): 9,35 ÷ 174; SO42- (mg·l-1): 18,79 ÷229,18. The interdependencies between these parameters were also studied.
