The study of statistical model of mass liquid drop during metal spray forming process 金属喷射成形过程质量液滴统计模型的研究

Through the probability simulation method,the statistical model of mass metal liquid drop during metal spraying forming process was developed.By applying this model,great efforts were made in the study of ejecting process of molten steel during spray forming operation.The distribution of metal liquid drop and their initial velocity with different size and the original appear location of different size droplet during spraying forming were obtatined based on the above computation.Based on the statistical analysis of the large number of metal liquid droplets,the form ation and motion of liquid drop of whole space were defined in detail,providing the precondition and reference for further study on liquid drop deposit process in depostition plane.
通过概率模拟的方法,建立了金属喷射成形过程中大量金属液滴的统计模型。应用该模型对喷射成形过程中钢液的喷射过程进行了研究。基于上述计算,得到了不同尺寸金属液滴在喷射成形过程中的分布及其初始速度,以及不同尺寸液滴在喷射成形过程中的初始出现位置。在对大量金属液滴进行统计分析的基础上,详细定义了整个空间液滴的形成和运动,为进一步研究沉积平面内液滴沉积过程提供了前提和参考。
