Joint Construction and Sharing of Digital Library Resources in the Era of Big Data 大数据时代数字图书馆资源共建共享

In the era of big data, the digital library provides the readers with high-quality services. According to the requirements of readers, realize the internal resource sharing of library, and provide guarantee for the effective implementation of teaching and scientific research. This paper mainly analyzes the joint construction and sharing of digital library resources in the era of big data.

Study on the Application of Incline Photogrammetry in Rural Real Es- tate Surveying and Mapping 倾斜摄影测量在农村土地测绘中的应用研究

Tilt photogrammetry is a new technology developed in the field of international Photogrammetry in recent years. Through advanced positioning, modeling and fusion technology, it can generate real three-dimensional model of urban features, so as to obtain high-precision texture information. Because tilt photogrammetry technology has the characteristics of high authenticity, high efficiency and fast access to spatial data. Therefore, it is widely used in homeland security, emergency command, urban management and other industries. This paper mainly introduces and discusses the application of tilt Photogrammetry in rural real estate mapping.
倾斜摄影测量是近年来国际摄影测量领域发展起来的一项新技术。通过先进的定位、建模和融合技术,生成真实的城市地物三维模型,从而获得高精度的纹理信息。因为倾斜摄影测量技术具有高真实性、高效率和快速获取空间数据的特点。因此,广泛应用于国土安全、应急指挥、城市管理等行业。本文主要介绍和讨论了倾斜摄影测量在农村房地产测绘中的应用。

Discussion on Function Orientation and Implementation of Land and Space Planning 论国土空间规划的功能定位与实施

In recent years, in the process of economic development and social progress in our country, land and space planning work plays a vital role. Through land and space planning, we can effectively allocate our country's public resources, and then provide impetus for the sustainable development of our country's economy and society. At the same time, it can also play a certain role in the development of market space. Based on this, this paper makes a simple analysis on the function orientation and implementation of land and space planning, hoping to enlighten the regional space order and development level in China.
近年来,在我国经济发展和社会进步的过程中,国土空间规划工作起着至关重要的作用。通过国土空间规划,可以有效配置我国的公共资源,从而为我国经济社会的可持续发展提供动力。同时,也可以起到一定的开拓市场空间的作用。在此基础上,本文对国土空间规划的功能定位和实施进行了简单的分析,希望对中国区域空间秩序和发展水平有所启示。
