The changes in immunophysiological parameters of two species of green frogs [marsh frog Pelophylax ridibundus (Pallas, 1771) and pool frog P. lessonae (Camerano, 1882)], found in basins of the Nizhny Novgorod region with different genetic type and water balance were analysed. We have revealed statistically significant differences in species and population levels. It’s shown that the features of the immune status of studied species are defined by their functional state and the specifics of the environment.
对下诺夫哥罗德地区两种不同遗传类型和水分平衡的绿蛙[沼泽蛙Pelophylax ridibundus (Pallas, 1771)和池蛙P. lessonae (Camerano, 1882)]免疫生理参数的变化进行了分析。我们已经揭示了物种和种群水平在统计上的显著差异。研究表明,所研究物种的免疫状态特征是由它们的功能状态和环境的特殊性决定的。
