The study aims to assess the market gap between Indian consumers and brand managers in a retail store. India is one of the countries where awareness about carbon footprint per capita is very low and hence people often do not choose the eco-friendly brands over the polluting brands. For this reason, brands and brand managers also give very little importance to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by United Nations Development Programme. One of the places an individual can reduce their carbon footprint is by choosing sustainable brands over others. Consumers are often unaware of how environmentally damaging their favourite brand's products are unless it is brought up in the media and on social platforms. At the same time, they also have very little information about environmentally friendly brands; therefore, sales of sustainable, socially responsible products and services do not reflect the efforts invested in their development. The results of this study show the factors that influence the consumer decision-making process towards sustainable brands/products and the importance of the change in consumer behaviour.

In this study, the research focused on enhancing the customer music listening experience in retail stores. In many stores, owners play songs according to their mood and liking. The wrong music selection affects the experience of customers and employees. Also, there cannot be a single parameter to select songs. The song selection depends upon various factors like age, mood, store profile, etc. Udaipur was selected for this research, fashion retail stores from multi-brand stores to locallyowned shops in Celebration Mall. In this research, a user-centric design process was used to understand the behavior of customers and employees on music, time spent, and buying behavior. To understand the problem, user observations, interviews, surveys, shadowing, etc. were used. In the existing scenario, local stores do not focus on the importance of music and proper song selection suited for their stores. Analyses revealed that customers spent more time and purchased more when they were exposed to unfamiliar songs.

In many countries dealing with past, mainly internal, violence exhumations of the victims are seen as a way of social closure. It is a case in Spain, where the importance of human rights is stressed and extended to post-mortem conditions and proper reburials deemed necessary. In recent years, many associations and organisations have been set up to exhume mass graves, and exhumations tend to attract media attention. The search for the human remains and reburial of civil war victims has even penetrated political parties' programmes. However, during my ethnographic research in Spain, I have encountered that principles of universality of human rights and dead's dignity are not applied to all remains. I want to present different inequalities between human remains and discuss how Spanish society stratifies their dead. Given such context, the necessity of exhumations and reburials will be subjected to critique, with the aim to specify their individual and social motivations.
