Peningkatan Kompetensi Pembuatan Kerah Rebah Menggunakan Model Explicit Instruction pada Siswa Kelas X-A Tata Busana di SMK Negeri 3 Metro

This study aims to improve the competence of making collars for students in class X-A Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 3 Metro using the Explicit Instruction model. This classroom action research (CAR) research uses the Kemmis and McTaggart spiral model, carried out in 2 cycles. Cycle stages include planning, action and observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class X Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 3 Metro, totaling 35 students for the 2018/2019 academic year. The method of data collection used the observation sheet for the implementation of the Explicit Instruction model, the performance test sheet, and the performance sheet for making a laying collar. Proof of instrument validity uses content validity, reliability verification uses the method between raters with the Procentage Of Agreement level. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study were indicated by an increase in the percentage of students' complete learning outcomes, an increase from 33% pre-cycle, namely 12 students were declared complete, to 67% students with 24 students in the first cycle, and the second cycle increased to 100%, namely 35 students. This proves that the Explicit Instruction learning model can improve the competence of making a collapsing collar for class X-A Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 3 Metro.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors supporting the cooperation of guidance and counseling teachers with subjects in guidance and counseling services. The research design used is a qualitative approach. The subject of the research is the teacher of guidance and counseling, subjects. Collecting data using interviews and observation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions testing the validity of the data is done by increasing the persistence of observations. The research design used is a qualitative approach. The research subjects are Guidance and Counseling teachers, subjects. Collecting data using interviews and observation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions testing the validity of the data is done by increasing the persistence of observations. The conclusion of this study is that there are several factors supporting the cooperation of Guidance and Counseling teachers in collaboration with subjects in Guidance and Counseling services, namely Guidance and Counseling Teachers and subject teachers who have awareness about their own abilities and others, Guidance and Counseling teachers and subject teachers. realize that in dealing with student problems, the background of the problem must be known so that it can be resolved immediately. Guidance and Counseling teachers and subject teachers communicate intensely about student development, Guidance and Counseling teachers and subject teachers need understanding from each party, Guidance and Counseling teachers provide guidance to subject teachers in collaboration, Guidance and counseling teachers and eye teachers learning to be open and trust each party.

This study aims to improve learning outcomes by applying the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperative learning method in the subject of decorating clothes for students of class XI-A Fashion Design at SMK Negeri 3 Metro. This research is a classroom action research model of Kemmis and Taggart which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of three stages, namely: planning, implementation and observation, and reflection. The selected Basic Competence is to analyze fantasy embroidery designs in a product. The subjects of this study were students of class XI-A, totaling 38 students. The data collection method used in this study was the observation of the implementation of the TSTS learning method, performance tests, and documentation. While the data analysis used is descriptive data analysis in percentage. The Action Hypothesis is that there is an increase in learning outcomes in the Class XI-A Fashion Decorating subject trying to apply the TSTS learning method. The application of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning method according to the syntax that is juxtaposed with the scientific approach aims to improve the learning outcomes of fashion decoration in class XI-A. The results showed that there was an increase in the value of learning to decorate clothes from the first cycle with an average of 75.98 to 84.67 in the second cycle, and the percentage of mastery learning increased from the first cycle of 57.14% to 100% in the second cycle.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in class XI TITL B in the subject of Electrical Motor Installation using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model at SMK Negeri 3 Metro. This research is a Classroom Action Research with the model developed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XI TITL B in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. This study consisted of two cycles with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The criteria for success in this study is that at least 75% of student learning outcomes have achieved completeness (KKM= 70). The results showed that the implementation of learning using the PBL learning model could improve the learning outcomes of class XI students in the subject of Electrical Motor Installation. This can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes which are measured using pretest and posttest in each cycle. The percentage of completeness in the pretest cycle I showed 14.71%, then in the posttest cycle I became 55.88% an increase of 41.17%. In the second cycle pretest showed 44.12%, then in the second cycle posttest to 82.35% an increase of 38.23%. The increase in the percentage of completeness posttest I and posttest II increased by 26.47%. The conclusion of this study is that student learning outcomes increase after using the PBL model.

This study aims to improve the skills of writing expository texts through the application of a circular learning strategy. This research is a CAR research conducted on 34 students of Class X TKJ-A SMK Negeri 3 Metro. The data collection techniques used were exposition text writing tests, field notes, observations, interviews, questionnaires, and photo documentation. Research instruments in the form of student worksheets, field notes, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis was carried out presented in descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results of the study The average score of students' writing exposition text in the pre-action was 56.93, the first cycle was 69.00, and the second cycle was 82.21. The increase in results is also marked by the number of students who have been able to reach the KKM more than 75%. The conclusion of this study is that the skill of writing expository text is improved through the application of the learning strategy of twisting.
