THE INFLUENCE OF MECHANICALLY ALLOYED MODIFYING MASTER LIGATURES ON STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF WELDED JOINTS 机械合金化改性主接头对焊接接头组织和性能的影响

Актуальная задача современного сварочного производства – создание электродов, обеспечивающих максимальную производительность и экономичность процесса при требуемой надежности и долговечности конструкции. Перспективным способом повышения механических свойств металла шва является реализация механизма дисперсного упрочнения. Реакционное механическое легирование является эффективной технологией получения нанокристалических модифицирующих лигатур и модификаторов. Использование электродов с экспериментальным покрытием, содержащим механически сплавленную, композиционную лигатуру, приводит к устранению транскристаллического типа структуры металла шва и уменьшению размеров зерен в 2,5–3,0 раза (с No 8–9 до No 11–12), что обеспечивает снижение на 20–30% порога хладноломкости и увеличение на 15–25% механических свойств металла шва. Actual problem of modern welding production is the creation of electrodes for maximum performance and efficiency of the process whithin the required reliability and durability of the structure. A promising way to improve mechanical properties of the weld metal is the implementation of the mechanism of dispersion hardening. Reactionary mechanical alloying is an effective technology of obtaining nanocrystalline modifying ligatures and modifiers. The use of electrodes with an experimental coating containing a mechanically alloyed, composite ligature to resolve transcrystalline type of structure of the weld metal and reduce the grain size by 2.5–3.0 times (from # 8–9 to #11–12) reduces by 20–30% the threshold of cold brittleness and increase by 15– 25% of the mechanical properties of the weld metal.

Об экспортных поставках продукции литейной и металлургической промышленности из Беларуси, России и Украины в страны Европейского Союза 从白俄罗斯、俄罗斯和乌克兰到欧盟国家的铸造厂和冶金工业出口

The EU is one of the main trade partners of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. The export operations between these countries and EU of foundry and metallurgical products according to Harmonized Commodity Description (Group 72 «Iron and Steel») in 2009–2016 are analyzed. Information is based on official statistics of the European Union. The information about the three biggest export countries to EU on every of the abovementioned positions of Harmonized Commodity Description (HCD) is shown. Analysis of trends and variations of export from Belarus, Russia and Ukraine and some conclusions are given in the article.

Methods of production of silumin with globular silicon are developed. The manufacturing of this new antifriction material are organized. The wear resistance and operational life of articles from silumin with globular silicon are on par with or surpass performance of similar articles of antifriction bronze, but the articles of silumin with globular silicon are lighter and three times cheaper than articles from antifriction bronze.

On the О JSC «BSW – Management Company of Holding «BMC» it is introduced and operates as unified whole the integrated system of management which includes in particular the requirements of the standard of a quality management system of automotive industry IATF 16949:2016. One of special requirements of IATF 16949:2016 in the field of metrology is the Measurement System Analysis (MSA). MSA is the constituent of statistical management of processes of manufacture intended for a research of measuring processes for the purpose of an assessment of their acceptability. The order and the procedure of carrying out of the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) on OJSC «BSW – Management Company of Holding «BMC» are described in the article.

The computer modeling of the strain distribution in the structure of ductile iron with ferrite-pearlite matrix and inclusions of spherical graphite dependence on increasing degree of deformation during direct hot extrusion was researched. Using a software system of finite-element analysis ANSYS the numerical values of the strains at the phase boundaries: ferrite-perlite, graphiteferrite and also inside the graphite inclusions were defined. The analysis of the strain distribution in the investigated structures was performed and local zones of increased strains were discovered. The results of modeling are compared with metallographic analysis and fracture patterns. The obtained results could be used in the prediction of fracture zones in the cast iron products.
