Development of a numeracy literacy ability test instrument based on high order thinking skills (hots) in junior high school mathematics learning 初中数学学习中基于高阶思维能力的数学读写能力测试工具的开发

The aim of this study was to develop a numeracy literacy test instrument based on the High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for class VIII junior high school students. The type of research used is research and development (RD) with the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of five stages of development, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. A total of 15 questions have been prepared covering the material for straight line equations, functions, coordinate systems, linear equations of two variables and number patterns in odd semesters. The items were validated by three mathematicians, and the calculations were analyzed using the Aiken index. Furthermore, the questions that were declared valid were tested on 34 students in two junior high schools in Makassar City using convenience sampling as a sample selection technique. The experimental data are dichotomous. The data were analyzed using KR-20 to produce a reliability coefficient. This study resulted in a HOTS-based numeric literacy test instrument in the form of multiple choice with a total of 15 valid and reliable questions. 15 items have high category validity, while the reliability coefficient of the item is 0.91, or high category.

Ethnomathematics exploration on tourism in the rice field of pematang johar as a mathematics lesson 培马塘约哈尔稻田旅游的民族数学探索作为数学课

This research aims to find out, examine, and describe what are the elements of applying mathematics, as well as explore the mathematical concepts that exist in the Spatial Planning of Taman Sawah Tourism in Pematang Johar Village. This research took place in Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The type of research that the author examined was descriptive qualitative research, in which the collection of data was taken through a process of documentation, direct observation, and literature review. The documentation and observation are used to explore ethnomathematics and mathematical concepts in the Taman Sawah Tourism in Pematang Johar Village, while literature review is used to find out about the cultural values that exist in the Sawah Park Tourism in Pematang Johar Village. Based on the results of data collection, several mathematical concepts were obtained in the rice field garden tour, namely (1) Flat Shape Concept, (2) Line Concept, (3) Geometry Transformation Concept, (4) Set Concept. These tourist attractions can be used as a medium for learning mathematics, especially at the elementary and secondary levels, in order to increase interest in learning mathematics.

The optimal portfolio of islamic stocks using the markowitz and black-litterman models 用马科维茨和黑-利特曼模型研究伊斯兰股票的最优投资组合

The portfolio with the best combination of profit and risk or the investor's choice is called the optimal portfolio. The Black-Litterman and Markowitz models were used to determine the optimal portfolio during the covid-19 pandemic. Sharia stock data, that is consistent with the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2019-2021 period, is used in this research. The stock combination of the Markowitz model is better than the Black-Litterman model. The expected value of the portfolio obtained is 0.0066, which is greater than the risk-free asset return of 0.0011 on the day of broadcast. The portfolio risk of the Markowitz model is smaller than the Black-Litterman model, which are 0.0010972 and 0.0013917, respectively. so it can be said that the Markowitz model is better than the Black-Litterman model in the formation of a Sharia stock portfolio during the covid-19 pandemic.

Improving of learning outcomes in greatest common divisor and lowest common multiple mater by developed safari numbered model 利用开发的safari编号模型改进最大公约数和最小公倍数的学习效果

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of the Greatest Common Divisor (GCD) and Lowest Common Multiple (LCM) by developing the Safari Numbered Model (SNM). Further, the activeness of students was also measured. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental. Data collection was carried out using a test instrument to obtain students' mathematics learning outcomes and a questionnaire to measure the activeness of the students. Data analysis is carried out using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) test and a two-way ANOVA statistical test. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of SNM can improve the learning outcomes in GCD and LCM. But the student’s activeness does not affect learning outcomes because the student has been active since the beginning of the lesson.

Level of critical thinking ability in solving numeration problems in the minimum competency assessment 在最低能力评估中解决计算问题的批判性思维能力水平

Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA) is a form of evaluation of the education system launched by the government in order to measure the achievement of students' cognitive learning outcomes in literacy and numeracy abilities. MCA numeration is related to critical thinking skills. This study aims to describe the level of students' critical thinking skills in solving the MCA numeration questions. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative research. Data collection techniques in the form of written tests and interviews with test instruments are MCA numeration questions with four questions. The data analysis technique was carried out by giving tests, then interviewing the selected subjects to find out more about critical thinking skills, and then describing the results. The results showed that the level of critical thinking ability of class VIII students in solving MCA numeration questions in the number domain met the same criteria, namely the criteria of focus, reason, and situation. Domain algebra found that students have various levels of critical thinking skills with criteria that meet the criteria of focus and reason. In the geometry domain, it was found that students had a low ability to solve geometric problems, and in the uncertainty data domain, students only reached conclusions without giving reasons.
