The solution of both the military and non-military phenomena requires a massive logistic support. It is impossible to cope successfully with any loss and to minimise the damages and losses without sufficient material and technical provision of the emergency and security units and the affected citizens as well. The history proves that the preparation for solving the crisis phenomena was neglected and the logistic support of the emergency activities was insufficient.
