This study discusses the Brazilian educational evaluation policy in the form of standardized criterial evaluation and carried out at all levels of the Brazilian education, with emphasis on the National Higher Education Examination ( ENADE ) , the National High School Exam ( ENEM) ) , which is now the primary method of entry to higher education , especially to enter public universities . At the same time, it creates the quasimarket education, fosters to competition between schools, with little access of the popular classes to those places in public universities, whose courses provide greater social mobility.
