The mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises in China offers a cherish opportunity for investigating the systematic relationship between mixed ownership and corporate risk-taking. Classified the mixed ownership into the diversification of categories and proportion of shares of the shareholders, we find that, based on the data of state-owned listed companies in China from 2008 to 2018 as sample, the degree of the mixed ownership and corporate risk-taking have positive relationships, that is, the more the diversification of proportion of shares of the shareholders, the higher the corporate risk-taking, while diversification of categories of shares, insignificantly associated with risk-taking, represents the low degree of ownership change needed to be deepened. When examining the moderating effects of types of state-owned firms, we observe that the mixed ownership plays a more positive and significant role in companies of central state-owned (which contrary to the local state-owned). Overall, our study contributes to the related literature by showing the influential role of mixed ownership on corporate risk management.

Technological devices have been the spearheading pioneer of education improvement and innovation ever since the industrial revolution started. The rapid pace of the emergence of different technologies in the field of education and other fields paved the way for the creation of a new paradigm called augmented reality. This new paradigm and its features innovate education and offers learners with the opportunity to have additional intrigue and interest in learning. As such, this paper's primary objective is to study which feature/s of Augmented Reality or AR systems is/are the most applicable for the learning development of high school students by evaluating previous research papers, with the consideration of the study being a secondary data gathering procedure as its main limitation. This study utilized Nielsen's usability engineering heuristics in order to evaluate the features involved in the gathered studies and used systematic review analysis. Results of the study have shown that the most applicable feature for the learning development of high school students is the usability factor 2 or the “match between the real-world factor” with a mean of 14.5 and a standard deviation of 0.837, suggesting that end users prefer AR systems with features and functionalities that they are already familiar with.

This paper explains the ways in which the Academic organization for female talent promotes the development of female talent. The construction of special committee for female talents is one of the driving forces to promote the growth of female teachers in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the current situation and dilemma of the development of high-level female professionals represented by university teachers. Then it discusses the construction and work objectives of the special committee for female talents in the following aspects: building interactive academic social network for female teachers, building provincial knowledge center, strengthening the construction of female teachers and developing fair and quality education, reconstructing social gender consciousness and promoting the further awakening of female self-growth consciousness. Finally, this paper expounds the measures of building female academic organizations to promote women's equal and high-quality higher education.
