Diatoms are unicellular, photosynthesizing algae found in fresh and marine waters as well as in moist soil. This research aims to identify different diatoms present in different water bodies in Delhi region. The sample collection for this study was undertaken during January to March 2016 from 14 water bodies which includes eight lakes, three ponds, one river, one canal, and one well.
硅藻是一种单细胞光合作用藻类,存在于淡水和海水以及潮湿的土壤中。这项研究旨在识别德里地区不同水体中存在的不同硅藻。本研究于2016年1月至3月从14个水体中采集样本,其中包括8个湖泊、3个池塘、1条河流、1条运河和1口井。
