The development of information technology has changed different views in Indonesian society today. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, all industries including the banking industry have implemented the latest Information Technology in accordance with the needs of the industrial revolution. One of the readiness strategies is to make changes to information technology planning based on Enterprise Archi- tecture. The Enterprise Architecture method of this research uses TOGAF (The Open Group Architec- ture Framework). The goal is to develop business architecture, application architecture, information architecture and technology so that they can adapt to the industrial revolution. The application of En- terprise Architecture needs to perform gap analysis and implementation strategies. Application system development does not need to be done totally, but there are several application systems that need to be changed. The application of Enterprise Architecture can be carried out starting from architectural de- sign, gap analysis to implementation strategies so that they are able to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

Socioeconomic welfare is a complex problem, so more work is needed to address the lack of population welfare. One way by reviewing communities by surveying methods is that the survey method itself has the advantage that the results of the survey can be translated into number and this can make it easier for data grouping. But the current system of surveying is conducted has many flaws, ranging from an easy to split-down survey sheet damaged to difficult recapitulation because data must be regenerated. Lacking the conventional survey system, it is necessary for a system that can solve the problems that arise and enable survey activity to run smoothly. Researchers choose Research and Development Method. The goal of this study is to produce an app that can be used on an android device. The framework base researcher use is Framework7. Framework7 is the choice because framework7 have user friendly interface characteristics. The development of the conventional survey system is an android - based application for the social welfare of the population to make it easier for officials to survey in the field and help village staff to log the survey data, so that it can be reported to the data center.

In this modern era, many modern tools are used in daily activities, especially in terms of selling fruit, actually in terms of selecting the quality of fruit on a large scale which in this case still uses the old method, which is only using the human sense of sight and smell system. In this problem, a system for detecting the quality of fruit maturity levels is made digitally where the system detects fruit that can be used on a large or large scale by using a sensor device and then displayed on an LCD using Arduino Uno as the brain of the system and TCS3200 sensors and large-sized LCDs. 16x2 ple i2c.

Telegram BOT Api is a robot created with a program that can perform many instructions given by the creator or user, this bot itself is just a telegram account running on software that has artificial intelligence features. This telegram api bot offers developers to make it easier to retrieve data and process it into useful information. Telegram bot itself is divided into two, namely the mobile version (telegram bot) and the web version. The result of this research is that this mobile application is managed using a webhook as the communication method. This method is used because it is very easy and bots do not have to update data regularly because one of them is placed in the Uniform Resource Locator (URL). And if there is an incoming message, it will be directly displayed at the specified URL and will then be forwarded to the bot for processing.
