The problem of malnutrition in pregnant women can cause low birth weight babies (LBW) and malnutrition in toddlers, including stunting (Kemenkes RI, 2018). Stunting can occur as a result of malnutrition, especiallly at 1000 HPK. Fulfillment of nutrition and health services for pregnant women needs attention to prevent stunting. Tackling stunting is a shared responsibility, not only the government but also every Indonesian family, because stunting in the long term has a bad impact not onlyon children’s growth and development but also on emotional development which result in economic losses. Woman as family members as wellas other family members have duties and functions to support family life. In line with the increasing number of areas of life in society and the increasingly heavy burden of the family’s economy, the role of women in society and the family becomes very important, including in child care at home. The activity was attended by 30 members of the Women’s Organizational Movement at the KPRI Hikmah Building, Ministry Of Religion, Kendal Regency, with a very good response shown by the presence of several questions in the discussion. From this frame of mind, we from the STIKES Muhammadiyah Kendal community service team approached members of the women’s organization movement in order to provide education and knowledge of child care patterns as an effort to prevent stunting in Kendal Regency.

The Problem of nutritional status that usually afflicts school children is the problem of being short, thin and fat. In addition, school children also often experience problems in choosing inappropriate and safe snacks, eating disorders and infectious diseases (Dyah, 2018). Based on data from the Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) in 2010 nutritional status with indicators of BMI/U children aged 6-12 years in the category of very thin 4,6%,thin 7,6%, normal 78,6% and obese 9,2%,while the nutritional status (indicator of TB/U) children with stunting prevalence (very short 15,1%,short 20%) and normal 64,5%. As many as 26,4 % of school children have anemia (Ministry Of Health,2010). Purin Muhammadiyah elementary School (SD) is an elementary school that has a nutrition service program and growth and development in schools, this program is held because it is to maintain helath and baalnce nutritional needs. Because some children still haven’t gotten used to having breakfast and according to an initial survey, many children don’t like vegetables. Most of the snacks consumed are snacks with lots of MSG.. So we at STIKES Muhammadiyah Kendal try to be agents of change, one of which is by providing education about the importance of balanced nutrition needs for school children.

Introduction : The aging process can also be interpreted as a process of slowly disappearing the ability of the tissue to repair itself or replace and maintain its normal function so that it cannot survive infection and repair the damage suffered. Normal changes due to aging are most clearly seen in the musculoskeletal system in the form of muscle decline, physical mobility barriers caused by pathological changes in the musculoskeletal system in the form of decreased muscle strength and agility, contractures that limit joint mobility, stiffness and pain in joints. ROM exercises are given to maintain muscle tone and function, prevent joint disability and help improve motor function. Methods: this community service activity includes 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The activities provided are in the form of counseling and ROM training. Results: This service activity was able to increase participants' knowledge and ability to demonstrate ROM exercises.
