EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE ON PSYCHOLOGICAL STRESS OF COLLEGE STUDENTS 体育锻炼对大学生心理应激影响的实证分析

In this research,a survey was conducted in three colleges in Jiangxi province,of the students' engaging in physical activity every week,trying to discuss the influence of physical exercise on the college students' psychological stress,analyze from multiple perspectives the benefit of physical exercise to improve both physical and mental health,and thus provide some theoretical reference for the probable scientific physical exercise.The result shows that there is significant difference in interpersonal pressure between the college students who do physical exercise once or twice a week and those who do more the twice a week;owing to different exercise time,the college students have different degrees of study pressure.Striking differences can be observed between female and male students in their study pressure and psychological stress of employment.
本研究通过对江西省三所高校学生每周参加体育锻炼情况的调查,探讨体育锻炼对大学生心理压力的影响,从多角度分析体育锻炼对身心健康的益处,从而为科学开展体育锻炼提供一定的理论参考。结果表明:每周锻炼一次或两次的大学生与每周锻炼两次以上的大学生在人际压力上存在显著差异;由于锻炼时间的不同,大学生的学习压力程度也不同。男女学生在学习压力和就业心理压力方面存在显著差异。
