While positive feedback exists in an active vibration control system,it may cause instability of the whole system. To solve this problem,a feedforward adaptive controller is proposed based on the Filtered-U recursive least square(FURLS) algorithm.Algorithm development process is presented in this paper.Real time active vibration control experimental tests were done. The experiment results show that the active control algorithm proposed in this paper has good control performance for both narrow band disturbances and broad band disturbances.

An amplify-and-forward(AF) dual-hop relay is proposed for secure communication within Wyner s wiretap channel.Based on an information-theoretic formulation, the average secrecy rate is characterized when two legitimate partners communicate over a quasi-static fading channel.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that both cooperative strategies of average power scaling(APS) and instantaneous power scaling(IPS) are proved to be able to achieve information-theoretic security, and eavesdropper is unable to decode any information.

Actors’relocation is utilized during the network initialization to enhance real-time performance of wireless sensor and actor networks(WSANs)which is an important issue of WSANs.The actor deployment problem in WSANs is proved NP-Hard whether the amount of actors is redundant or not,but to the best of our knowledge,no effective distributed algorithms in previous research can solve the problem. Thus two actor deployment strategies which need not the boundary control compared with present deployment strategies are proposed to solve this problem approximately based on the Voronoi diagram.Through simulation experiment, the results show that our distributed strategies are more effective than the present deployment strategies in terms of real-time performance, convergence time and energy consumption.

The selection cooperation performance of a cooperative communication network over asymmetric independent and non-identical distributed fading channels was analyzed, where source-relay channels experience Rician fading and relay-destination channels experience Rayleigh fading. The decode and forward (DF) protocol was adopted and the Nth best relay was selected from M available relays. First, the probability density function (PDF) for the instantaneous signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at the destination was derived. Then, it was used to derive the expressions for channel capacity and the average symbol error rate (SER). The results hold for arbitrary M or N. Finally, the simulations were carried out to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The results show that the parameters of the second hop are critical factors of the system.
