A series of UV-heat hybrid curable compositions were prepared by using organosilicon modified epoxy monoacrylates(OMEMA) as resins.The change of absorption peaks of double bond and epoxy group were identified by FTIR spectra during UV-heat curing process.The influence of different kinds and content of active diluents on the gel content,water absorption and water contact angle of UV-heat cured films were investigated.Mass content of Si in surface of UV-heat cured films was tested by the energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The gel contents of UV cured films were lower than 86.5%,and the gel contents of UV-heat cured films were about 97%.Compared to the epoxy monoacrylates(EMA) compositions with same active diluents,the water contact angle of UV-heat cured films of OMEMA system was increased from 62.53 to 99.27.The data of EDS testing proved that the Si content of air side of UV-heat cured films was higher than glass side.

The curing rate and quantum efficiency of cationic photoinitiators are relatively low because the UV absorption of the photoinitiators ranges from 250 nm to 300 nm normally and does not match with the wavelength of light from UV light sources.To make the absorption red-shift,many efforts have been devoted onto the photosensitization of the photoinitiators.The achievements on the sensitization of the cationic photoinitiators have been summarized here.The sensitization is mainly based on the mechanisms as energy transfer,oxidation of free radical,electron transfer via exciplexes and addition fragmentation reaction.The methods adopted for the sensitization include adding photosensitizer,expanding molecular conjugation and attaching chromophore.The development of the photoinitiators and photosensitizers has been outlined and the applications of novel cationic photoinitiators and photosensitizers have been forecasted.

Spin-coating,as one of thin film preparation methods,has advantages of precise thickness control,high cost performance,energy saving,low pollution,etc.Thin films fabricated by spin-coating are widely applied in the areas of microelectronics,nanophotonics,biology,medicine,etc.In this paper,fundamental processes and estimation methodologies of key parameters for spin-coating are briefly introduced.Then a range of advanced applications and recent progresses of spin-coating technology within several disciplines are reviewed,including optics,microelectronics,etc.Finally,the developing trend of spin-coating technology is also discussed.

The cine film,as a kind of important historical and cultural heritage,is an important part of the archives protection works.The cellulose triacetate base cinefilm is the largest group in library collections,the acetic acid syndromes is produced from the hydrolysis of the cellulose triacetate ester base film under the storage condition of high temperature and humidity and other adverse environment.Acetic acid syndrome has become the major diseases which threaten the archives preservation of cellulose triacetate cine film,which is considered the cancer of cine film.This paper summarizes the hazards and analyses the reasons of acetic acid syndrome,and preventive measures are introduced.
