Codec-Aware Video Delivery Over SDNs 基于sdn的编解码器视频传输

To guarantee quality of delivery for video streaming over software defined networks, efficient predictors and adaptive routing frameworks are required. We demonstrate an agent that predicts video quality of delivery metrics in a scalable way using a bespoke codec-aware learning model. We also demonstrate the integration of this agent with an adaptive framework for centrally controlled software-defined networks that re-configures network operational paths in response to the learning agent, ensuring that good quality of delivery of video is maintained during periods of congestion. The demo scenario highlights the feasibility, scalability and accuracy of the framework.

ITrade: A Blockchain-based, Self-Sovereign, and Scalable Marketplace for IoT Data Streams ITrade:一个基于区块链的、自主的、可扩展的物联网数据流市场

In recent years, the interest grew in the Internet-of-Things (IoT) and Blockchain (BC) integration for additional trust and decentralization. This opened potentials in various use cases, such as supply chain tracing, smart cities, and recently IoT data marketplaces. Therefore, this paper presents the design, implementation, and evaluation of the BC-based IoT data trading platform “ITrade”. ITrade proposes a highly scalable microservice-based architecture based on clouds. ITrade enables end-to-end data streaming from IoT devices toward data buyers. The Smart Contract (SC)-oriented design of ITrade enables decentralized management of autonomous and distributed IoT data trading. ITrade evaluations attest its scalability as a reliable peer-to-peer data transmission platform.
